How are they getting cell numbers?

keeps calling but never leaves a message.

This number does not match the Shopco number--I looked up their website. I actually did a phone search for this caller and here is what I found:

Wouldn't you know that after looking up this number tonight, after the first call, I have been receiving calls every 10 minutes or less, for the past 45 minutes--in Canada, collection agencies (if this is actually one) are not allowed to exceed 3 calls per day, so this person has already violated the regulations.

They called and hung up when I answered. I called back but no one would answer the phone.

I emailed Shopco and suggested that, as I walk with a cane and it is difficult for me to get to the phone, I would be reporting their actions to the police if they called again.

We screen all calls, we had an evening where calls came in every 10 minutes from this #. Never was a message left.
Food for thought though....Shopco grocery delivery in Scarborough? We reside in Rural Ontario a good few hours out of GTA. I'd be flagging this #,

P.S: I found by the above entries this report a phone call to be a valuable service. Do others agree? txs

I answered the phone the lady on the other end asked for Mr. or Mrs. Wallace...I said they weren't here can I take a message? Response: "no that's ok we'll call back."
Checked my caller id and the number showed up 4 times in less than 45 minute span...I then blocked my number and tried to call the number back several times and no one answered. Then called the number without blocking my number still no one answered...but someone called me and when I answered they hung up.

Got a strange call, 69'd and called back with the above name "Shopco" weird..

I returned the call.  A friendly voice picked up and when I said "You just called me," he apologized for the inconvenience and explained he was calling from Shopco Food Provisioners, a customized grocer/butcher delivery service based out of Scarborough, Ontario.  <http://www.shopco.ca/index.php>  He didn't flinch when I said I wasn't interested, and he promptly removed my phone no. from the calling list.  He did not ask for any further information.

same as above...calls repeatedly...and never leaves a message

Called repeatedly. No messages left. Once when I answered, there was only silence.
Another time they asked for Mrs. X. When I demanded to know who they were, they hung up.
