Got a call from here too, stated they are from sometype of "Fine Foods" store and wanted to know if I had more than 3 people to feed in my family. I am on the do not call list.

i got a call from this number two days in a row - left two voicemail messages of just silence.  very odd.

Just Dead Silence.  Not the first time this number calls.  I am also on the Do Not Call Registry.

Further to my previous post.  I just called the number back and it rang on and on until the line disconnected.

I just got a call from this number too (416-439-5688).  It was silence and then hang up beeps.  I called right back and it was a busy signal.  I love this site... at least I know it's a crank #... I can now BLOCK their dumb a**!! I don't want to risk blocking someone I know or a legitimate call but when I know it's a crank call, I can block it with Glee!!  I highly recommend VOIP phones... you can BLOCK anyone you don't want to hear from!  I have such a long list now.  If everyone blocks these #'s, eventually they won't have anyone to call!! It's free to Block and easy!!!  I love it!!   I never have to worry about begging them to take me off their list... i siimply BLOCK them and that's it!  Next!!

I get a call from this number at least once a week. Nobody says anything and when the number is called back it just rings and rings no voicemail.

I keep getting calls from this # and i was thinking it was my husband as he left 5 months ago ...not sure where he is living...this is long distance for ? to call..but i have anwsered and no says anything just hangs up..i asked once for them not to hand up thinking ..HUSBAND... and they did not...i finally hung up...when it goes to the anwering machine it leaves no message just dead air...not sure so if it is someone trying to sell something why dont they anwser when i am clearing reaching out to talk to whom ever it is?

Unknown called said hello, hangs up when silence is event. This number is Toronto and a bell land line number.  Not going to answer and let it go to messenger. Its a scam of some sort. Wonder where they get private numbers from?

Did not answer when I said hello, checked to see where the call came from, it is a bell phone land line somewhere in the Toronto area.  Will not answer this number in the future, have phone with another company and no changing.  I wish it were not legal to do this.  A phone is a private payed for item and privilidge.  So its probably BELL CANADA trying to get the business, not very honest and sure lacks any thinking on their part.  Must be losing customers.

Just recieved call from this number 1-416-439-5688 and I said 'hello', nothing on the other end, said 'hello' again, no response , then a click, they hung up but it didn't take , and they were still there, again, I said 'hello' .. and it hung up. Wonder if they are getting our info connected to our number they call .. is that possible, like a virus in a computer, ... I have a few other numbers that end in the same result .. all 416 area codes.

...Do you think anybody in their right mind wants to do this s***?! Places like this are a revolving door,as they cant keep employees because of the high stress factor.
In the city I live near,there is no other jobs available,no factories,there are restaurants like micky d's,or arbies,and the economy is terrible for people in their 20's-30's,and 40's especially if you have kids.
Combine this with peoples attitudes like yours,and,well,Im shure you get the idea.
