I received a call from this number in late January.  The numbers seemed so odd...all these 4s and 6s.  Why is this M.A. Couse person calling people?  me, in particular?  I had another phone call with a strange message almost exactly one year earlier.

caller says "yehhh" or "youuuu" then hangs up

Caller id shows "Couse M A". I have no idea who this might be.
