actually they STILL must abide by US law if they are selling ANYTHING within the US. I'd report them.

Told them that I was on the Do Not Call list. They said that didn't matter to them since they were a Canada company calling from Canada. Explained how stupid they were to buy a list of phone numbers that all the other PITA companies like them buy.
My solution to telemarketers is to chew their rear ends until they hang up. Don't let them get a word in edge wise

Called again today, new pitch - they were offering an investment in colored diamonds.
Canadian company. Not really any investment that I would consider since diamonds are just like gold and other "tangible" assets - you can only reap the money that they appreciate by and there is NO compounding factor with this type of investment - so they tend to grow slowly.
The worst thing about these "investments" are the companies like this that offer them. The fees and related items that they hit you for are certain to wipe out any gains that you may have on the short term run, so to see any appreciable gain and growth you need to hold these long term - and that can be exceptionally risky.

Robo-Call. Number does not work on call back, so it - like this crappy product - is probably fake.
