These calls from this phone number are getting really aggressive. I am really sick and tired of it.

I have been getting calls from these creeps for about a month. They ask for my mother, who had a Bell Cell Phone. We contacted Bell over a year ago and explained that my mother died in 2012 and sent them a copy of the death certificate. All seemed ok until about a month ago, they started calling at 7:30 am. My wife told them that she had died and asked that they stop calling, the calls continued. Now she picks up the phone, says just a minute and puts the phone down, when she checks back in 30 minutes they are gone, If they are ever still there she plans to say, "Oh I guess she hasn't come back from the dead yet".

4164827690 is a third party collection agency that calls from 7:10 am until 8:30 p.m. Monday - Saturdays.   the only way these people will stop calling is by reporting them to the authorities      remember they are commissioned bounty hunters at the end of the phone call

this number called me at 7 am in the morning. I'm sure calling someone at 7 am is against the law.

these guys are a collection agency.
they buy old written off debts from other companies like Bell or Telus.
they are trying to collect on a debt that doesn't exist anymore OR from the previous owner of your phone number.
they have no legal power, so don't pay whatever you do.
never give your name, they called. they should know who you are.
best response is to say this is a new cell number and you got it last week. tell them its the wrong number.
GIVE NO PERSONAL INFO AT ALL, NOT EVEN YOUR NAME.

How is the "problem solved" when I am getting calls for someone with the same last name.  It's NOT my bill.

There are some great apps that you can download onto your phone to block certain numbers or private calls. It's easy to ignore these people when they can't get through to you. It puts a grin on my face when I look at the blocked calls log and see that they've called 6 times a day for 3 weeks. Gotta love when simple technological advances makes collection agencies 100% unable to use their underhanded, lowlife, degenerate tactics.
Take away their phones and what do they have left? Your move f****rs! :-P

I also get calls from these idiots......They claim I owe Rogers money.....I do not even deal with Rogers....I asked them to send me an invoice confirming what they claim......They say they do not have to verify anything.......They also stated to me, to send the amount they asked for.....not what is apparently owed.....

they keep calling me before 7am and usually hangup as i answer.  I have no business or debt nor does anyone i know, we are rich.  They are the "tax collectors"  that Jesus warns never to be as it defiles your soul & yes they are rude & really they hate themselves so they do insult you regardless if the cal is recorded.  That call needs to be pulled in order to be caught but they hide themselves & are ashamed of themselves & their job even their company so they act as low as possible.  Call from a number that we can identify and call back.  Secrets and lies only breed evil.  Good luck to the tax & bill collectors, there is no room in heaven for you.   Don't let these type of people ruin your day.  Love & light to you all.

Yeah they called me this evening.
It's really simple guys, don't get all upset. That's what these people feed off. Just remember that the people who work these jobs are uneducated and have no skills to get any other job. That's why they work these jobs that are based on percentages of what debts they bring in.
When they call and ask for 'Peter', say no, you have the wrong number. They won't call back unless you've already told them they have the right number. In that case, good luck getting rid of these leeches.

its defiantly a collection agency...after they called at 730am today and then again at 830 n again at 930am I finally answered *after wksss of them calling* they want me to pay a $500 bill from over 3 yrs ago even after I told the im on assistance n have my money budgeted just right to feed my self, my kids n to pay rent n shes started getting rude with me so I told her to take me to court then cuz im not dealin with them n their 730am calls! but ya if ur getting a call from these ppl if u listen to the automated message they give, it give u the option to get removed from their list...but I may have to BS them if they r actually lookin for u just tell them its not who they want n u want removed from their call list..its option 3 :)

Driving me crazy they call my cell phone all the time about 3-4 times a day! Filed bankruptcy 3 yrs ago and still phone calls!!

Rogers uses the scum-bagiest collectors on purpose - they sell old accounts to 20 different flea-bag collection agencies to make sure you are constantly hassled.  Tell everyone you know to avoid Rogers for both cellular and cable.

Get repeated calls from these guys re a 5 year old Rogers account.  I've told them I can prove I don't owe Rogers anything.  He said, "we don't care - we will keep calling forever until you pay."

Ultimately, this is a reflection on Rogers.  Rogers chooses this company and their tactics for a reason.  Part of getting things to change is to tell all your friends never to deal with Rogers - because once you switch, this is what Rogers does.  

Only when these tactics hurt more than they help, will companies like Rogers change.  At the moment, it obviously helps the bottom line.  That needs to change.  Trash companies like Rogers with everyone you know!

This number calls me at least 4 times a day and sometimes the last call is at around 10pm. Respect is not their strong suit. The number belongs to CBV Collections. I can't answer them during the day since I don't have airtime or a landline. They are calling on behalf of Bell Mobility because I apparently owe Bell 700$ and now they are calling family members. I call this harrasement and stalking. I bet these people that call have creditors calling them and get annoyed just as much as everyone else. If that's a thought, then you now know how it feels.

i just got my phone working and the first call i get is from that number ,  no one spoke just said nothing ?

Got a call from CVB they tried telling me i owed 800 dollars for a virgin mobile phone I never got. They did not have my address and have called numerous times . She proceeded to give me the number1-800-900-2331 and told me it was virgin mobiles number  but when you call it it says it is restricted. found out this number is a scam that calls people about debt to winning a prize. They have also gave me three addresses on different  times i have talked to them where i am supposed to live. I never received any thing in the mail about this and the3y do not have my address. I believe this is a scam I once called the police to report the call and was told it was a scam and they where committing fraud.

collection agency calling looking for someone with the same last name as me. they called 5 time today!!!

I am absolutely sick of these phone calls ------ Got one this morning --- Told the caller once again the person nor anyone with that name doesn,t live here ---- She asked for his cell phone number --- Address ---- home phone number and any business number I have for him

I told her NOT to call me again that even if I had any info like that I would NOT give it to telemarketer -- Oh she didnt like to be called that

I then called them back and told them I was reporting the calls as harrassment and requesting my number be removed

I am now going to find out how to block the number although I,m sure they will have a way around that too
