I hear you, Andrew. I am the owner of the number right before yours, and have been receiving the same type of calls from rude or angry callers, at all hours of the day and night, since January. What is happening is that scammers are calling from 416-523-1121 which is close to our numbers, then people try to call them back and either misdial or purposely call numbers that are close "to get someone at the same company". Bell won't help me, only suggested I change my number. I've had this # for 14 years and really don't want to change it. Why should I? Why should you?

Hi there, I am the owner of this phone # and have received about 50 calls a day from people all around the USA asking me if I just called them. I also receive 20 voice mails daily, some of which are threats.
It seems that my number may have been cloned or is being used for sort of telescam. Please do not give out any credit information or personal details if you receive a call from this number.
I am doing what I can to try and resolve this issue because I do not want to change a # that I have had for 6 years. However, I may have to suspend or deactivate the line to save anyone long distance changes for dialing me back and inquiring.
If you have any information or get a name from whoever is originating these calls please post in her immediately to help me attempt to resolve this issue.
