Its a scam.  The person who sent you that message is a thief.  He will trick you into giving him money.  He will never give you any money.

When you replied by email what information did you give them?  Thats all the information they have.  Calling the phone number and hanging up just tells them that your phone works.


The way the scam works, they will tell you that you have to pay taxes on the prize before they send it.  The payment has to go to them, not the government.  They keep your tax payment and never send a prize.  Or they ask for your bank account number so they can put the prize in your account.  They take all of your money out of the account.  They never give you a prize.  Or they ask for a credit card number for identification.  They spend all of your money and never send you a prize.

Or they ask for your birthdate and social security number which they use to steal your identity causing you more trouble than you thought was possible.
