This numbers has called me 2-3 times a day, everyday, when I call the number back it repeats the number and states they are unavailable.  I have an unlisted number

I have no idea who these people are yet they call daily and never leave a message.

THEY DONT SPEAK UP WHEN I ANSWER AND IF I DONT ANSWER, THEY LEAVE MESSAGES THAT ARE JUST A RECORDING OF SOMEONE HANGING UP!

I got a call with no message left today.  I have ordered online rx's in the past and get tons of these calls now.

I received a call from 416-628-9630. I spoke with a foreign lady who could barely speak English. She was promoting a job fair at the Holiday Inn Express. I asked for a website but couldn't understand a word she was saying.

Call came in from man with strong subcontinental accent. He was a recruiter for a company but I could not understand the name.

Got several calls from this number in one day, but didn't leave a message. Finally answered, and a man with a strong Inidian accent said he was a job recruitr. When I asked for his company's website and a call-back number, he said they only make outgoing calls, and in order for me to speak with them, I would have to wait for them to contact me. They also couldn't tell me which job I applyed for that they were supposedly calling in response to. Seems like a scam.

416-628-9630 guys said he was calling about a job fair for security jobs.   and that to apply you need security clearance.  I have not applied for any such jobs.  I don't even do security.

Got a call a few minutes ago from this number. Didn't answer and they left no VM.
Some one called yesterday from restricted and wanted to remind me of a job fair. Extremely bad english. I couldn't understand the address he was trying to tell me. After repeating it three times I gave up. I don't like how you get all this phone calls after putting your resume up online.

Called on Labor Day, didn't leave a voicemail.  I also have a resume on Monster as some other people mentioned in their notes for this number.

Someone just called me from this number and said he was a job recruiter. I told him I don't want a job and hung up on him.

I got a call from the same folks.  No message.  Therefore, I won't return (or answer, if I see it ... I think I'll save it to my addressbook as "Scavenger001").  Like the other folks on here, I'm on Monster, Clearedjobs, etc.

I doubt if its a phone company calling you for service.  I doubt if its a job fair.

I do bet its a credit collection company looking to find a real number for you.

Got a call from this no. 2x today.  I did not pick up since I don't recognize this no.  No VM was left so I decided to google to find out who is trying to reach me.  Guess I have to just ignore this call after reading above complaints.

I don't answer calls from phone numbers I don't know; I assume they'll leave a message if it's important. Apparently it wasn't since I didn't get a message! What's odd is that I've also been receiving calls from 210-280-8919, like some of you. I am listed on Monster, Careerbuilder, etc, so that's probably where this is coming from.

agree, usajobs or monster, but i actually think it's monster since they had someone infiltrate their database a few months ago.

i got a call last night and was adressed by my first name.  althought the time was inconvenient i asked the guy to call later.  he did inquire if i had clearance, and i told him yes.  he called back and did not answer.

If you've ever signed up for a job fair or put your resume on the internet, you will get phone calls from these people.  Most of them are from San Antonio and more recently they've been coming from Ontario.  They got my name and number from Clearedjobs.net and would not stop calling even after I told them to stop calling me.  I complained to the VP of Cleared jobs and scored some free t-shirts.  Companies contract out people to call from across the country.  I don't know if there's a way to stop them.

The number shown on my caller ID was: 011 91 416 628 9630. Having traveled overseas extensively, I recognized it as an international call but did answer as I wasn't expecting a call. 91 is the country code for India. I highly suspect it's a job recruitment call center in India. If a company can't afford or won't pay for a local recruiter.... I don't want to work for them anyway!
