Received a voice mail from this number. About 30 seconds of static and then somebody whistling a short song.

Called a few times a day over the last 3 months or so. You'd think their system might give up after a while but apparently not. Finally I called them back, their message does not indicate who they are until you select a language. They are Strategic Communications, a non-profit polling (read: telemarketing) company working for (read: selling for) non-profit agencies. They do not have an automated system for phone number removal but you can leave a message. I didn't but I will answer next time they call and demand to be removed from their list.
Don't know and don't care what the charity is, they won't get any more money from me.
