Your lucky it is only 5 or 6 times a day, they call me every 10 minutes all day long. they even called me on Sunday so the way I see it my bill is paid because it is against the law for a collection agency to call on Sunday.

I am with Chatr and not sure why getting these stupid calls from Rogers . Why they so annoying ?

This is Total Debt Recovery, they are a***oles. They call saying it is a lawyer's firm and it isn't. They do sue there own accounts but the way they do it is nasty. They are threatening legal on me for 180.00, love to see the do it cause it is under the base amount for legal.

I have called them and fought with them on the phone but they don't give. I asked for collection license number to report him and they will not give it. I then contacted the ministry that does the license and told them they have no intentions of pursuing this debt legal and they refuse to give there license number. The ministry is looking into it and they will be charged.

I receive a call from this number, claiming they are a collecting agency from rogers. I have already returned the product that I got from rogers to them, and paid around $200 cancellation fee. They said they didn't get verification from rogers, and keep harassed me. I think they are just a black mail company that try to harass rogers client into paying for something that they shouldn't.

They have been calling at 5:30 am. I thought that was also illegal??

I'm not even with Rogers I'm with Telus and I keep getting this call...2 times a day....
I just moved provinces and switched mu number like a month ago and I'm getting harassed by these people... how can I make it stop?

it will cost them more for an actual law suit to recover any amount the average person accrues being gouged by rogers' over-priced and scammy business practices. fuggem....let them have a bit of their own medicine for awhile...if they want your $900 dollars so bad, let them spend the $1000 per day in court to get it from you. rogers should be paying its customers better attention the parasites.

These people call me if I'm just one or two days late paying my Rogers phone bill! God forbid that I owe Rogers 40 bucks for a couple of days.

Bottomfeeders of the debt collection world...  if they were REAL lawyers they would take on REAL legal cases.   But this law school rejects have taken to harassing folks who owe a debt.   Seriously... it is like a Doctor saying he is unemployed.  How do you ever become an unemployed Doctor.  The same question applies to folks who pretend they are lawyers and are reduced to being bill collectors and phone harassers.  Please pity them and don't answer their phone calls.  It simply makes them more depressed at the end of a work day when they realize just how far down the law totem pole they have fallen.

Received a call from this place today - they asked for me by my name.  She insisted I confirm my birth date.  I asked her what type of matter is it, she said "legal" - when I asked for more information she reverted back to confirming my birth date.  When I refused she hung up.  Scammers. She said she was calling from some law firm, unfortunately, I couldn't understand the name.

This is Canadian Limited Company operating as a Collections Agency. Collection Agencies are not law firms or government agencies but individuals who attempt to recover debt owed on behalf of third parties. Collection Agencies are regulated by the Provincial Government in the province they operate. In most cases you must serve notice by fax or registered letter advising the Collection's Company from contacting you any further. Once served it is an offence under law for the Collections Agency or it's representatives to contact you further.

Got a call from 416-756-2953, said they were calling from a Law Office?

That number belongs to Bernard Gassee Law Firm. They are trying to collect a debt. They will harrass you if you answer. Better to contact the people you own money to and arrange some sort of payment.

Remember, they still want your business and should be willing to help you out.
