This is an 'extension' number used by TD Meloche Insurance, fellow named 'Shelton' The callback number is different.

Received two calls in quick succession from this number. Wasn't able to answer because I was in a meeting, but when I tried to return the call, was greeted with "This number is equipped for outgoing calls only. It is impossible to receive calls at this number"

When I google search that statement, the only result is a "fake voicemail" site. So... sketchy, at best.
