He told me that he hired some POS company to do these ads.
Fired them a few weeks ago.
They are not supposed to call cell phones.
They are still calling my cell after 2 weeks.
I can't reach him anymore.

octel or actel voice information processing.
Some kind of message service that gets your number on their system and keeps calling for no reason, wasting minutes.

Calls started November 22 and continued into November 23 - all from the same number (apparently) stating that there is a message and telling you how to retrieve it - I do not subscribe to any such service and am getting quite annoyed with the interruptions.

This automated message calls my cell every hour on the hour, creating a nuisance. I've only answered once, and the message says that I have messages waiting and if I want to retrieve them I have to respond to the message (my phone is ringing right now - a different line but the same number - 780-8445). Yup, right on the hour.
Somebody put these spammers out of business and send their owners to jail, please!

Claims to be a voice mail system "free call" with a message from "Mitch from Techcetera", a computer service. Leaves numbers of 647-724-8024 and 416-516-4570 to "book an appointment". Calling 416-780-8438 connects to a "Actel Voice Information Processing" automated phone system.
