My son's cell phone just got a call from that number. He's 11 and has no debt. Must be some sort of scam.

They call at all hours of the day and night, including Sunday!  
They never leave a message on my machine, there is nothing but a phone number on my ID, I did try to answer the phone a few times to give them a piece of my mind but no one was ever on the other end, so I know it is a computer generated call.  Hence, the different times of day for their calls.. when you answer the phone, that sends up a flag for them (the humans) to know when you are home.  
The last call I got in the evening was at 8:59 pm...
I answered, it was then turning 9 pm and they were not on the line...
Go figure, at least they can tell time and what the legal hours of harassment are in the US !  Too much of this crap going on... If you want to talk to me, then talk... Don't keep hanging up.. Leave a message.

These jerks are calling MY JOB about a debt for my daughter....When I told them I was turning their number over to the security department (I work at a big ten university), the chick on the phone had the nerve to tell me they would send the state police...HA!! good luck with that....Anyway, the calls are still coming -- will someone post a sample "cease and desist" letter...I need this to stop!

Been receiving calls 3-4 times a day from this number, today I finally decided to wait out the hold. They said they were NCO Financial and attempting to collect a debt, and needed to transfer my call to someone else, I asked where the debt was from and was told I needed to speak to the person they were going to transfer me to. I waited for over 10 minutes while they "transferred my call" and then finally someone was there, she asked if I was who I am and I said yes and then she said she needed to verify that she was speaking with the correct person prior to discussing the debt with me. She then wanted to confirm my address, now I thought this was suspicious because if they knew my address I would be getting mail from a debt collector which I am not. I told her I wanted to know where the debt was from prior to confirming my address. She said that she could not tell me anything without me telling her my address. I told her I was not going to give my address out unless I knew it was a legit debt at which point she stated she could go no further with the call and hung up on me. I don't know if there is a legit debt or not but these people really need to stop calling me or find a better way to verify who I am.

Calls my old Google Voice number (which means they don't have my home phone of 2+years, nor my cell number.) and leaves a message.  I finally called them back last week and he could not find any information under my name.  I think they have the wrong person, told him so, and yet they keep calling.

After reading these posts, I see now this caller is some type of debt collector, and they wanna play games with the phone. They asked for me by name but then, asked me to hold on for a recorded message. I asked what was it in reference to and was told if I wanted to know to hold on for recorded message. I responded that I was too busy to play this game and have no interest in their message, then hung up. If they are calling in reference to a debt unpaid of mine, it has to be at least a 20 year old debt, in which I told them 20 something years ago that I had and still have no intention on paying for something that wasn't in agreement.
So I'm thinking this is an agency buying up old unstable debts that weren't even strong enough to go to court.

I am on the do not call list and these people keep calling my cell phone! So irritating...and they just keep changing numbers!

NCO financial. The galling thing is they have the nerve play a recording to tell ME to call THEM back! Joke is on those a**holes though. 1) The debt was paid to the original creditor. 2) I successfully challenged the account on my credit report and had it removed. 3) I'm sending a cease and desist letter.

They call three or more times a day for the wrong person,NCO financial called atn905 am, woke me up.I was up late with work the night before I had a few choice words they hung up....NOT OVER...CALLED them back four times....a little gruff and pissy the last call....let them know wrong number and do not call again...I wastold taken OFF their call list...we will see...

I get one or two calls a day from this number.  The Caller ID says "TOLL FREE CALL" which is false because I don't have any toll-free inbound phones, and there's no such thing as an outbound 800 number.

When I answer the call, all I get is dead air.  If I let it bounce to my cellphone (and eventually to voice mail), the caller hangs up the moment after my cellphone rings.  It's way too much effort for a prank caller to make, but it's also pointless for any sort of business.

My conclusion is that these calls are some sort of corporate terrorism attempt.  After all, the only message that they're sending is "we know where you live, and we're relentless".

AD TECH is a scam - and prey on Insurance agents selling leads programs.  you advance pay for the leads and then never hear from them again.

i just got my home phone number and this number keeps calling me and they aren't identifying who they are and what they want

Called yesterday and today with a recorded message. Tried hanging up, but the call would not disconnect.  Took over a minute for the recording to disengage the phone line.  Caller ID:  Toll Free Call.

Got 2 calls so far today within a 30-minute period. They always let the phone ring 10 to 12 times. Caller ID shows telephone number and "Toll Free Call". If I have the answering machine turned on when a call comes in, it picks up after 4 rings but they do not leave a message. They have been calling for several days. Like they really think I am going to go to the trouble of calling them back, when I don't know who is calling me.
