They have full names. When asking who is calling the jus say that it is urgent that you return their call today. gives you a case number. Will not identify the company name. just that you are to return their call today

I just got a call from this number, I am not on a plan, I am on pay as you go. I never answer numbers I do not know, specially long distance ones since I don't have long distance on my phone...I thought it was illegal to call cell phones? at least when I worked at the credit card call center it was illegal for us to call cell numbers...

YES!!!   I am having this problem too...  for three months now   grrrrr

this # rings me everyday, leaves the same message.  When I answer, it either hangs up or is a recorded message.  When I return the call, I don't get through.  This is agravating because due to a family health situation, I must keep my phone on at work and these calls are disruptive and annoying.
