they call all hrs of the day or night,want you to call a 1-800 # there has been a number of times they are trying to get personal banking info and location of accounts they say they need pin # to check your account.I do believe they are an employee with the bank but are trying to withdrawn money CALL POLICE if this happens to you.

they wont stop calling. i think they are collection. not sure. i dont never answer. which is why you shouldnt as well.

They are a collection agency. Very arrogant and impolite to put it mildly. They won't give up even if they have the wrong information. One reason for that would be because they don't listen to anything you might say.
If they are calling you and they shouldn't, they can back off if someone "official", like a lawyer or someone representing you in some way for example, calls them and acts on your behalf. After a while though, they sometimes get a case of amnesia, hmm.
You can also read some laws about such companies that say interestingly that they are obligated to contact you by mail and ONLY by mail if you request that (even if they deny it). Otherwise they are liable.
I believe that the number 905.817.3824 comes from the same place.

This company is a debt collection, they refuse to take my number off there list even though I have no idea who they are calling for. They will not give any information and when I asked who they are calling for, then the male started to swear at me telling me to pay my bills. Then I get another call 5 minutes later telling me on my answering machine they are calling for a male that I have never met.
