wasted cell minutes - is my cell company releasing numbers? - damn annoying - hope something can be done about this quickly

I got a call yesterday (3/22) from this number at about 3:20PM.  It sounded like a recording in Spanish.  I looked up the area code -Toronto, Canada.  Called the number back tonight and says it is not a working number.  I have a Florida cell phone number.

called last night. disconnected when i answered. called back and it said it wasnt avalable. i live in texas

Received a call from this number last night around 8 pm.  I live in PA.  Annoying to say the least. It appears to be kind of data mining outfit or telemarketing scamsters.  Scum all the same.  There should be a law and an agency to track down and crush (well maybe not physically) the companies and people who engage in this type of activity.

Got a call on the above nr. When I tried to call the number back it said that the call could not becompleted as dialed.

I just got a call on my cell from this number as well, didn't answer. I'm in Houston. Looked up the area code and it said Canada. This sucks!

Just got a call from this number too and as soon as I asnwered they hangup. I had just replied to somebody on craigslist and had to give my number up so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with it.

Also just got a missed call from this number, did not pick up, live in NY

Got two calls from this number today.  First call was in Spanish so I hung up and I missed the second call.  I googled the area code and got results for both Canada and a calling card out of Chile.

I Don't Answer unknown numbers... PERIOD.  Too many Crooks out there.  I also don't return calls that say "I'm Jim.  It is important that You call me.".  SCREW YOU JIM AND THE HORSE YOU RODE IN ON.  If You can't be Honest about your call, I'm NOT calling back.  ALL Telemarketers should be Drawn & Quartered.  If You don't know what that means, LOOK IT UP @ Dictionary .com.
