debit card fraud. I was cghd on 8/20/08 9.65 from den enterprises. didnt catch at time ph # 18005664043 Then today 10/10/2008 new chg from New Liberty Management for 10.29 with this 417-423-7523 # I have closed acct and will take action

I was charged 11.89. I'd like to know if anyone is able to resolve this. I'm going to try and see what happens.

I was charged $11.89 on 10/28 on my visa card.  Any0ne have any clue as to who is doing this?

My recent bank statement alerted that on 10/14/2008 NLM Design.com [417-423-7523] had debited $11.89 out of my business checking account without my authorization.

Because I 'never' had any transaction with NLM Design.com and immediately noticed it was a THEFT!!!

My Bank said that this debit request came using my business bank card number at 6:08 pm on 10/10/2008.

I think that the perpetrator used the NLM design and 417-423-7523 as a decoy to hide true identity.  

Unless we take action and have the perpetrator captured, this will never cease.

Can anyone tell me in order to file a complaint at www.ftc.gov, which category does this case fall into?

i had a fraudulent charge on my credit card for 11.89 and called the 4174237523 number and got a we are too bussy message. report it to your credit card company and ssn fraud line.  how many people do they get to rape like this befor someone takes them dowm??

I received a charge for 11.89 today as well from NLM Design.com on my credit card.  I tried calling the number, and receive a recording.  Am looking into this further and will have the charge removed by my bank if they do not respond.

Today I learned from my credit card company that New Liberty Management credited $11.49 to my account two days after I complained to the credit card company about the phony charge.  I had e-mailed them and called them, but they did not reply.

Yes, fraud--$11.89 shows up as "New Liberty Management" on a credit card I haven't used for 6 months. I called the card company and they removed it.

Fraud-Same thing to me as you all describe.

Where is the protection for the consumer. Why are we all forced into wasting our time on this.

A charge of $11.49 showed up on my credit card statement, listed from New Liberty Management In 417-4237523 MN.  The charge was dated October 6, 2008.  I will notify the credit card company tomorrow that this .

I had the exact thing happen to me for the same amount...I did report it to credit card company but I haven't heard anything back from them yet...
