just asked if i was home and if i was going to be home later.

They have been calling but left no message and I am unable to return their call.

Continue to call me. I call them back on it says it's a wrong number.

Ask if I would like to come to Branson MO  I am on a don't call list..

I dont answer, leaves know message.  Attempt to call back says invalid number

Doesn't leave a message on my cell phone.  When you call it back (within 3 minutes) the number comes up saying I have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service!  Quite strange.

left no message.   returned call from caller id the next morning.   The lady that answered, answered by saying "marketing."  I asked her why her number was on my caller ID and she asked if I was calling with the dates of my vacation.  I told her I wasn't planning a vacation.  She then transfered me to someone who answered Regency Resorts.  I again asked why his number was on my caller ID and he was very allusive in giving me an answer.   Wanted my name, I told him my name was Kevin and asked him why he was being so allusive.  He again asked for my name and number and I finally told him that since he wants to be so allusive, it sounded like he was a telemarketer and that I was on the do not call list and by federal law, it was illegal to call me.   I then hung up.   Anyone know, how to file a claim, to make these jerks pay me the fine.   I NEED the money, and want to actually file a claim!
