Frank called at 7:30 am telling my husband he needed a credit card number for the weed killer that we had ordered my husband had him call me.  I told him I did not order any pesticide and he told me my husband did he had just ordered 6 gallons and it was over $500.00 and he needed a credit card #.  I told him my husband did not order it.  He said he needed the number because the product had already shipped. I told him this was a lie and that I had just talked to my husband and I hung up

I had the same problem. Some guy called and wanted to talk to my husband. Told him he was not home and he called me a bi***. I said was that the way his mother raised him. I hung up and he called back on another phone and called me a c"""t. So now I will be very careful about answering the phone. Will report him to the phone company tomorrow. You are right, a bottom feeder.

call from 417 520 1272 saying they were shipping me $1300 worth of herbicide I did not order and they would charge it to my credit card!  FRAUD ALERT!

This guy called at 7:15am trying to sell herbicides, claiming I had asked for more information on a mail back response card.  I did not. After listening to his story, I thanked him for his call and said I was not interested and hung up.  The phone rang again almost instantly, my wife answered and he said that he was "glad he woke you up, you f**king c***." and he hung up.  What a bottom feeder.

They are investigating and our attorney is actually going to file suit

The guy called me this morning at 8am.  Same story...I was six days "in default for the promotion" and had eight more gallons that I was obligated to purchase.  He was very pushy, just as they were when they sold me the product some years ago and kept calling back to sell me more (which I continued to refuse).  This is the first time that I've heard of a commitment to purchase a certain amount.  

When I told him that I had to hire a contractor to strip up the Duracoat product, he asked why I did report it to their customer service department.  That's when I told him to send any claim by hard copy mail - by legal counsel.  He didn't care to talk anymore after that.

My advice - just hang up.

This shyster called our home last week and when my husband couldn't understand him, he promised to call back and talk to me later that day.  He did not call until today, a full week later, and he tried to convince me that a gallon of paint we bought several years ago was one of a series of 10 gallons we had agreed to purchase, 8 gallons of which were still remaining billable on our "account."  When I protested that we had not agreed to 10 gallons and had bought a second gallon because the first gallon was not up to the job, he got very pushy, and I ended up using rather colorful language on him until he finally claimed that I had not understood the terms of the "contract" and that perhaps the next time a "gentleman" calls, I would not curse at him.  Well, I was livid at that point, and I lost it.

I recieved a call from this number. Name showed on ID. as ICG Comm. I can not find this on the internet. The guy on the phone said I purchased paint 5 years ago and had to purchase the remaining 18 gallons at $ 189.99 per gallon.
He first said my wife signed a contract, then he said I signed a contract. I ask him to email or fax the contract so I could see our signature. He then said it did not matter if we signed because it was on a promo card.

I received a phone call from this number at 7:50 PM treying to sell me a product that I was supposed to have agreed to buy 6 yrs ago.
