called 11:30 MDT from Springfield Mo. No caller readout - only number telephone number. No msg left. Have now blocked them if was important enough they would have left a message. We screen all our calls. THIS IS A SCAM... from what I have read above.

They do not buy the timeshare. they desolve ir,,It wont cost you 5,000 If any one is tied of high  cost of timeshares and the up keep its worth the time to get out of it....Do you know if you own a time share and you die your kids will get it no matter what

Well if that is the case..they must have their wires crossed...have had this SAME number for 60 years..only one who has had it--no one else has had it and I do not nor have I ever owned a timeshare..

It is actually a call center that legitimately. Helps you get out of time share contracts so u don't have to keep paying for them constantly if u don't want to remain using the timeshare if u cant afford then anymore or if your aren't using them

They aren't robo calls. They are real people if you're continuing to get calls its because the number you have used to belong to a timeshare owner

4177204730 comes back as Relief Solution, Not Relief Solutions which is Part of RCI. I use RCI, a part of Wyndham Resorts. I too enjoy my time share and would not get rid of it. If you don't use it, its a waste of money.
I get calls all the time from similar "people", some legit, some not. I tell them I'm on the national Do Not Call list and they are breaking the law. Usually it's a law firm looking for a client and they know it's illegal to sell their service to a DNC person unless you agree to their call. Others are usually a scam as this one probably is. Check for the (s) after Solution. If the (s) is there, It's a different Company, RCI.
   

What ever happened to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, which USE to work SO WELL & now seems to be of no use whatsoever. We've gotten an almost 'HARRASSING' amount of calls from this number (RELIEF SOLUTIONS) in the past couple months!!

I don't know why these folks are calling. They hit me on my prepaid cell.  Now that's just not right. They called at 12:11 pm today.

Update to Jan 29 post: Since I answered and asked to be removed from their list in January, they have continued to call 2-3 times a day every day since. Just got the latest I call minutes ago.


I have reported dozens of their calls to the FTC, for all the good it will do me.

We receive calls from this number frequently, in the evening and in the early morning.  Scammer wanting to purchase timeshares.  When I called the number to complain, it is set up not to receive incoming calls.  I am reporting the number to the BBB in the morning.  

That's BS!!!!

Caller claims to be "Relief Solution".  I indeed need to be relieved of these annoying telemarketers!

I was contacted by this company and went to the seminar, the results I got were amazing! I could not believe the level of professionalism they displayed and the courtesey they all had. Very happy I answered the phone!

This site calls an average of 5 times per day, never leaves a message and is obviously a scam.

I also do not want to sell my timeshare.  We LOVE our timeshare.  There are many of us who actually purchase a timeshare & love it, and use it.  I am so tired of people calling and suggesting that we should want to sell.  We have owned it for 17 years now, and will never sell!

Seems counter productive that they would #1 repeatedly call people who they have already been told DON'T own a timeshare and #2 call random businesses where they certainly must know nobody is interested in listening to their stupid spiel. But, this is what they do! Over and over and over and over. Calling me at work. Telling me they can help me (or whoever else happens to answer the phone) get out of the timeshare which none of us even own. What a complete waste of time and a nuisance and obviously a total fraud. Best to not pick up the phone if you see "RELIEF SOLUTIONS" on the caller ID because once they know you're a living, breathing human who is willing to say "HELLO"... you're their target forever.

Uh, if they were "legit" they wouldn't call an FAA Repair Station multiple times a day talking about timeshare relief. I think any legitimate company would know not to RANDOMLY call a business who doesn't have anything to do with timeshares and no one who wants or needs their services. Major duh. Kudos to the people at Relief Solutions for making this valiant effort to make themselves not look so shady though! HA!
