A tree service...?  Seriously?

Calls from this number continue but there is no response.  After a few seconds the call is terrminated and the phone goes to a dial tone.  We do not have caller ID.  The number is returned by the last call reurn service (*69)

This is the second time today.  The first time they used 849-965-5896.  Go to that number and see what I posted there.  They are preying on our seniors.  They mention Medicare and diabetes in the same sentence.  They only talk if you sound like you are a senior, otherwise "click".  Here is what I posted on the forum:  Legitimate telemarketers follow the DO NOT CALL rules.  All others are scammers.  Remember that.  I receive telemarketer calls  a lot.  Preying on senior citizens.  Medicare scams.  If you sound like an older person, they will talk with you, otherwise they hang up.  There are a lot of seniors out there with Medicare and Diabetes so their odds of hitting a target are greater.  Here is what I did to stop these calls.  I have turned off all ringers to all my landline phones.  Now the phones do not ring.  They ALL go to my old time answering machine.  I walk past the main phone a lot (I am retired and am at home all day) and the answering machine beeps softly where there is a message.  I listen and return the call if I want to.  Scammers usually don't leave messages on my machine, therefore problem solved.  If they do, I hit "delete" and problem solved.  The phone was ringing 6-8 times a day with scammers, waking me from my mid-day nap everyday, so I solved the problem.  Just turn your ringers off, let the ans machine pick up, then listen later (maybe a few minutes lost).  Have a great a blessed day.............:)

Got a call on Mar. 2, around 3pm. As soon as I answer the phone, the line is disconnected. very annoying!

Cell phone numbers unfortunately get reused. They probably annoyed the previous owner of your cell phone number as well.

I know this is a BS company because they called my unpublished, unused second line with a different ring on my phone. I don't even use the second number for a fax line. Have called twice. I'm thinking I need to get a device to hang up on all these random rats who keep blowing up my phone...

Feb. 28 1809 hours missed call will list it as a do not answer number thanks for you all being here to answer this question be blessed, each of you.

Never answer these calls. TBD is the caller ID I just add it to the block list. Left message trying to sell dental insurance etc. Yeah I buy all my needs from random automated phone calls.  I guess these calls must pay off for them, so a few saps are making it profitable venture.  Maybe I should start one myself...push button 1 to remove that nasty lump from your wallet.

This number kept ringing almost a dozen times before I got annoyed enough to pick up.

It was just some stupid robocall in a woman's voice. I hung up too right away, so I didn't get to hear what exactly "she" was selling.

I have been receiving calls on my cell phone from 417-800-2362. It is a telemarketer. I am tired of THEM using MY minutes. How can I stop this

ironicaly this is not the only number that does this as i have found out. normally we don't answer any number we don't reconize. but there is a number that comes up as all "0". these people try to tell you that they work for the federal government and that they need to give you money back from over paid taxes. all this is said in heavy india accent. makes it real believable. just try to report these numbers and educate people is all we can do.

Got a call this afternoon.  Caller ID said TBD.  I answered thep6c7 phone and no one there.
