Unsolicited caller from out of the area. Did not answer, added to reject list on my phone.

Keep getting calls on my cell phone and they keep hanging up before I can tell them to stop calling me.

Refused to identify himself. We are on the do not call list

It's just a automated message wanting to know if you want to know details about going back to college and recieving a degree. It ask you if you want to be added to their list of "do not call numbers" or if you want to talk to a representaive to find out more of your options of recieving a college degree.its from MO, USA.
