Just got a call from them- have had many annoying calls from these people in the past 6 months from different numbers all across the country. Agh!!

1 missed call from this number.  Apparently trying to get someone to sign up for lowering credit card rates.....  they want your money; a thinly disguised sales call.  So much for the do not call list

They started off by saying they can lower my interest rate of my credit cards, they were a company "Credit Card Services" that is working with Bank of America. They were able to tell me information about my credit cards like the balances, the last payment part of the credit card number. They asked me for my bank number and I said no and they hung up...I called my credit card companies to get new cards and with do  new bank cards in the morning...very bothered by this...

Received call from this number.   Google Voice auto-blocked it as a known (to them) spam number.    The earlier posts here are probably correct that it is Heather or Rachel from Card Services promising lower credit card rates, but in reality just pretty much stealing from anyone gullible enough to listen to them.

I don't think it's that they "get" your number as someone above asked, but rather that their damn robo-dialer just calls every possible number in an area code/prefix.

This phone number called my cell. I answered it but did not say anything. within 10 seconds caller hung up. I expect another call shortly from them as this sort of thing has happened before. When I called the number back it rang several times and then all of a sudden went to a busy signal. I'm certain this number is of a shady business.

Called my cell regarding lowering credit card interest rates.  Would not identify the company name.  Number should be blocked.

Called my cell for the first time a few minutes ago. I got the same recorded msg as others on here from "Heather" I pressed "1" and was transferred to some very strange sounding place, lots of loud, garbeled voices in the background that almost sounded like recorded voices. I listened for a few seconds, no human got on the line so I hung up.

I answered and it was "Heather from credit card services" telling me that nothing was wrong with my account but that they could lower the interest rate. They never said which credit card they were calling about.

Just received the call about 10 minutes ago. Didn't answer and they left no message. I tried calling back, but it just rang a bunch of times and then starting beeping almost like when you call a fax number.

Just got a call from them, will be blocking them.  I don't have any credit cards.

Have received these calls a lot. I am really tired of it !   I pressed "1" and when someone answered, I reflected on his ancestry and hung up!

I did not answer the call. They left no message. I did file a complaint on the www.donotcall.gov website.

Heather from credit card services called my cell. I presssed 1 - got a foreigner speaking very poor English. Said he wanted to lower my interest rate on my Citibank, and 3 other CC's. Told him I have none of those cards and he hung up.

Received call but didn't leave message

Received a call about lowering my interest rates on my CC, the problem is that I don't have a CC.  When I asked what name was on the account he could only give me Mel and my last name which is my email so apparently they are getting their info from something that has our emails and phone numbers.  He was in a hurry to get off the phone when I told him I didn't even have a CC.

Please investigate this phone number, the person I spoke to has an Indian or silimiar accent

Just got a call, second time in a week (different number, same message). The message was about lowering interest rates on unnamed credit cards, no identifying info anywhere in the message about the company or me, of course. I listened to the whole thing this time, and at the end there was an option 2 which was to opt out. No idea if that actually works or not. Should have pressed 1 to see if anybody would actually pick up.

Just got a call from them. The girl had a thick Indian accent. When I questioned what card, they hung up promptly. Shady!

Second time they called this month. I'm from PA, don't m low why someone from Missouri would call. Didn't answer either times but this time called back and it just rang and rang.
