So I get a call from the "National Bureau Criminal Identification" .....The guy said his name was Michael Jones and that I have bank fraud and owe 1100 dollars right away or else I was going to jail. I laughed and said this is a joke and asked the guy to spell his name for me so i could write all of this down. HE HUNG UP. lol couldn't take him seriously from the start. Learn how to speak english and spell your own "name" the next time you want to serve me MICHAEL JONES. I reported the number to the police. These guys need to go jump off a bridge...asap

This idiots have been harassing me for over a yr an a half, says I owe them money & that I have a warrent for my arrest in california, which I happen to live in florida. I contacted the FBI which informed me that this is a scam from people outside the country. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY NOR THE DAY OF DAY, THEY ARE THE SCUMB OF THE EARTH! I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND. Can u believe these jerks even have my SSN etc.

So I have receive a call from this number on my cell phone and at my job. They are saying that I have bank fraud and that I need to contact them right away! I have tried to call the number that they have gave me and every time that I have they have never picked up. When they called my work I acted like it wasn't me and they gave the information on what the call was about! (that is what made me think it was a scam!) They have left 2 messages on my cell phone. They say they are out of California! How can i get this to stop? I don't want to have to change my number!

These guys called my house phone searching for my fiance'. They told me they had a warrant out for her arrest. They left a call back number that was for the San Diego police department. When She called and they checked their records, she was no where in their system. Right after that, they proceeded to call her co-workers phone and say she owes money and that there is an arrest warrant out on her. Stuff is pretty crazy. But I wish I could find out who these people are, you don't play with people's lively hoods like that, we are engaged with a newborn son, I pictured our family being torn apart. I hope Karma catches up to these phonies!!!!!

i got "james brown" indian accented man. i told him to serve me by mail and he continued to call about 15  more times until i told him he had the wrong number. whats scary is he read me the last 4 of my social security number. can they be reported??

I received a call for the second time. This time they called my employer. Said they had a warrant for my arrest...bla bla bla. The first time, I has a friend call the number back and was able to get someone on the phone but not the guy that called he was on another call (of course he was), so when my friend called back 30 minutes later, that same number had been disconnected. It doesnt make me happy they called where I work. Here's the kicker..his name was James Brown with a foreign accent. HA! Do not give these people any of your info, next time I am going to blow  something so loud into the phone it blows their ears off.

This person is right indeed as he says.....i was taken to the court house by the same person n it cost me $6558 so u go with him talk to him n try to resolve the matter thats best i can say.they even keep all proofs regarding the transfer of funds in our account

I received a phone call from this number by an individual named Marcus Smith.  I was taken aback when he said that I was being taken to court for a cash advance loan.  I asked him if he could send me all the information regarding this allegation.  He said he would send it to me as soon as he received a fax from me stating that I "authorize" usacashadvance to charge $350.54.  I have no recollection of ever taking out a loan from any cash advance company.  Is there anyone that can tell me more about this kind of scam.

I don't know if anyone here said the name of the caller. I replayed the message and he said that his name is Roderic Daniels. Would this help to stop this?

I got a call from this number on my voice mail. The person has an Indian accent and he says to call him or else I shall have a bank fraud arrest warrant served on me the day after. I called my lawyer that I have for divorce and bankruptcy and he said that after some investigation that this is a scam. He said that bankruptcy is not a crime and that he looked up the phone number on Google on this website. Also, I called this phone number and the verizon message told me that it can't be reached as called, and I would call the number that the Indian told me to call on the voice mail and that number can't be reached. And, the final insult is that my manager got the call too telling him that an arrest warrant would be served on me.

these a**holes called and said I had warrants and could spend my life in prison if I did not send money quick it is all lies from someone in Columbus Ohio, that is as far as I could trace it, when the police called them they picked up then hung up quick and now there is nothing, please call your local police to report any numbers that don't seem right and never send money to jerks

These guys call me everyday saying that they are from the National Bureau of Criminal Identification. I googled that and that is the Ohio Attorney General and I called them and they said they do not collect debts. These guys tell me that I have a Bench Warrant for 3 charges on my social sercurity number. They have all my information too. WTF!!!

i got the same scared tactics and i told them i did not get anything in the mail so leave me alone.  they call everyday.  is there anyway to report these jackoffs?

Finally told them off this morning.....hopefully it worked. Now it's time to deal with a South African scam!! NEVER ENDS!!

wow this is so sad i told my mom dont pick up the phone when they call.she did and she said they stated i was a criminal,my mom asked them on what grounds they had no comment.. the harrasing cals are nonstop they get anxiou when you ask them for proof of thier melodramatic accusaions,I thought about changing my home phone number,and my cell phone.which they obviously stole.by the way stealing ones identity to extort money is a big CRIME last time i checked. These Indians are terrorist and one day KARMA will catch up with them ..intresting these particular group dont belive in KARMA..? IT'S IN THIER RELIGION.?

I got a call from them yesterday and they tried to say that I had a bank loan that I needed to pay.  I told the guy that he was not going to get any money from me and not to call my phone again.  He tried to call me back right after I hung up on him but I did not answer.  I got a call from my mom telling me that they tried to call her.  These guys are so stupid.  The last time something like this happenend I had put fraud alerts on my social security number and my credit reports.

I told the person he could not even speak English and could not even say the name right.

Not only is this is a scam, the person actually tries to use scare tactics how they are serving a "bench warrant" on me and that if I want to "save my life" I'd better call their number back.  The number they left on my voicemail is not the same as on the caller ID.  I wish I could find someone with some power to report them to.  I work nights, usually going to bed at about 4:30 a.m.  Don't call me at 8:30 in the morning and expect me to be nice or to listen to your foreign accented BS telling me you're from the "National Bureau of .Criminal Investigation" - grrrrr. What a stupid, scary CROCK!

These idiots called gave a call-back number, which I called back.  I could not understand what they said so I ask "Who did you say this is?" To which they replied in a weak almost scared tone, "This is the National Bureau of Criminal Investigation"  I laughed and said okay, hung up and looked up what this agency is...well it is an agency...a special one at that...it is a special police force in Ireland. These guys are scammers, BIG TIME! Lucky for me I had just heard about this scam the night before on a news report, or I might have wondered why such an agency would call me.  Then again maybe they heard I was an Irish spy and they wanted me to pay them money to keep them quiet... They did say they were I needed to send them $$.
