Sadly, there is a very rude African-American Male working there; very demanding and pushy with his phione calls - expecting you to be a mind reader and know exactly who he wants to talk to so don't ask him no questions or he'll [verbally] bite your head off.
I surely hope he doesn't treat the MRDD Patients this rudely.
