Very rude unprofessional Called me at my place of employment to verify my mothers employment (she works for same company) Should have just hung up on her.

CALLED ME AT WORK FIRST OF ALL.  LEFT A MESSGE IN MY VOICEMAIL LIKE SHE WAS A FRIEND OF MINE.  CALLED AND THREATEN TO SEND BILLS ETC FROM ER DOC TO AN ATTORNEY.  SHE ARGUED THAT BILLS HAVE BEEN SENT TO ME AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO VERIFY ADDRESS SHE GAVE AN OLD ADDRESS HAVEN'T LIVED AT FOR OVER A YEAR.  HER NAME WAS CATHY AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE AN NASTY. KILLS ME HOW THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THEIR INFORMATION CORRECT.

Called me while i was at work, State collection for firelands medical but when i called back they were very secertive, wouldnt say who they were and couldn't even find mey name anywhere in their computer.

Called me at 10:45 pm!!!  Don't even owe any money

Caller obviously didn't know that I did not take my husband's last name, so asked for my first name and his last name. I automatically know I don't want to take the call when someone does that. Probably associated with a bill either from Grove City Family Health or Quest Diagnostics.

I just received a message telling me to call this number, they didn't leave details about the nature of the call and after a google search i've found a few people saying they're medical bill collectors.
