They just called me and left no message as well. After doing some research, I found out that they are Buckeye TeleSystem and I tried calling their other lines and they still don't answer. Great company with s****y customer service, if any at all. They are on Facebook, so feel free to spam them back! Here is the link to their website as well.

Someone from this number calls my house on average once a week. Never leaves a message, just hangs up. Only thing I can come up with from googling is that it's in the Toledo, Ohio area. If they really want to get a hold of someone, they should leave a message.

Hangs up just as I answer. I decided to call this number back. There was no greeting, just a voice saying leave a
message at the tone. I left no message and called in this manner about a dozen times just to annoy them. Finally there was no longer a voice saying leave a message, just line noise. Hopefully I caused a problem for them.

The caller ID says Toledo OH but no message is left.
