I received a call, picked up and they disconnected. must be shy people there.

Today I received a robocall [F voice] from 289-422-0006, connected to "Chris" @ Universal Business Services," who hung up when I began asking Qs.

They have called repeatedly on my cell phone, even though I have my cell number on the Do Not Call list.

Today, I hit 1 when the automated chick told me to and got a rep. I told them they were calling me illegally because I was on the Do Not Call registry. He seemed flustered by my abrubtness. He said that someone must have entered my number on their site. Yeah right. I told him it was definitely not me. Then I asked what the company's name was. I thought he said Universal Card Services but it could have been Universal Business Services. I have a card with them and I have Do Not Call on the card too which I told him before I hung up.

I called to my card to confirm the Do Not Call and the rep informed me they had not contacted me today.

Say they will lower credit card interest.  When I asked them for the last four digits of the card in question, was told..."Shut your damn stupid mouth, you *****!  Then they slammed the phone down!  Nice people!

yeah i've gotten 2 calls, didn't get a chance to answer but when i call it back it says non working number

I received a call from this number and asked the name of the organization and was told "Universal Business Services" based out of Phoenix, AZ.  A quick Google search gave me this info.

The phone number is likely a Caller ID spoof.

I.m on the do not call list and this number keeps calling me but when I called back it says number cant be completed as dialed - so there isnt a way to stop them until you find the actual company doing the spam

FYI: 419 area code is from Ohio.

2 to 3x a week I get calls on my cell from this #. I don't answer. No message left. I want it to stop! I'm on the do not call list.

Same harrassment here. Called my cell phone. I did not pick up. They made sure my greeting finished only to click it off. Just morons beating the CT DO NOT CALL LIST. Eventually they'll be fined enough times where they cannot afford to bother anyone. TELEMARKETERS ARE MORONS!!!!!!

My aunt is 82 and her health is failing. She is on a donotcall list and is receiving all kinds of calls from numbers such as this number. I run all of them to see who they are as they dont leave messages.  She is in an assisted living home and would be great bait for scammers.  Cant someone put a stop to them?  What good are the donotcall lists? And she has an unlisted number also..Another number makes the scam list...when I called the number, it said it was an "UNWORKING NUMBER?" then how do they call victims?

Received a cell cal, the 2nd in less than a week from these a$$holes. I have NO credit cards and my number is listed on the Do Not Call list. They have also called from 419-555-4424. How can these retarded circus monkeys be contacted? I tried returning the call, and got a recording saying the number was incorrect. Tried googling the name of the Co. and got nothing. Anyone have any other ideas?

actually, they did leave a message. . .just took a while to come up on my phone.  they are offering to help you lower you credit card interest rates.  bleh.
