Got called Sept 23rd, 12:33, didn't answer.  Gotta love the number display. I learned to recognise the out-of town numbers I might expect calls from, and ignore the ones that aren't recognised. Look 'em up when I'm home, and so far, all but 2 have been spammers (one was nephew wanting a pickup at the bus station, other was new nmber for sister in Wainwright)

Constant calls saying I've won something.  This is my cell phone and  I want these calls stopped.

Got this call in september 2013 "Won a free cruise..." etc.
Reported it to the CRTC, though I'm not holding my breath

Received a call on Saturday night from this number. I'm in ON. Did not pick it up as I never answer calls that I don't recognize anyways. That's what VM is for.

this number keeps calling and doesn't leave a message. My rule is that if I don't recognize the number and it is long distance chances are that it's telemarketers. I will not answer. So, 1 587 487-5808, stop calling.

Annoying automated calls from Alberta! Since this is Stephen Harper's country there's no surprise his conservatives are experts in annoying automated calls! Save us from the conservative party and this bad PM.

Venezuelan Area codes are  2xx (geographic), 4xx (mobile), 5xx (charged at local rate), 8xx (toll free), 9xx (premium charged services)

This number is 2 digits short and there is no area code that starts 7

It's therefore another faked number ... telemarketers are just about always faked Caller ID numbers these days to lure you into picking up.

Wow!  I'm in Richmond BC and am on Bell Mobility with a 778 number.  I got the call from +5874875808 today (Sun 29 Sept 2013) at 10:40 a.m. Pacific Time.  This does not look like an Alberta number because all North American numbers are preceded by +1 and this one is not.  The prefix +58 is the country code for Venezuela.  My impression is that the calls are probably coming through VOIP in which the user may have programmed a fake number.  Very difficult to trace.

Missed the call 3 times as I had my phone on DND. Very persistent they are. I also would have ignored it since I didn't know the number.

Just got a call from this number, September 29 at 6:47pm in Toronto.  Didn't answer because I didn't recognize the area code.  I'm with Rogers.

Just got a call from this number at 6:19pm here in Saskatchewan. Didn't answer because I was out of the room when it rang through. Didn't show a location but 587 is Alberta.

Got several calls from these idiots.
How come the phone companies don't find who is the supplier and stop them. Probably good money for them. Canada's Monopoly phone service are the responsables.
Watch your phone invoice and see if there are any charges corresponding to this phone.

Got a call from this number, answered but no voice and hanged up.
Tried to call back and my phone company had an answer machine that this number couldn't be reached.
Then, who is this people and with wich company do they work.
It should be investigated and know what is this game for.

Just got this call on my phone. Blocked the number with the new iOS7 feature. Do the same if you can.

I just got a call. Sunday night at 8pm. Beyond annoying.

Got called twice today. Did not know the number, did not answer it. I put it in my IPhone with the name  "SCAM DO NOT ANSWER" Just in case I might want to answer it in a drunken rage. :)

Just found this , is not much but we can report the number to this carrier.

I received a call from this number earlier , I am in Montreal....strange thing I was not on the phone I was busy and the call did not ring , it said missed call. I am guessing this is some kind of "you win a cruise" call again...weird it did not ring. I read on a post here someone wrote the scammer might be spoofing the call.
