They've been calling me and I don't have Verizon. I've had the same phone number for many years through a different company.

Called and left no message.

It is a debt collection call from Verizon Wireless.

After 4 attempts at dealing with the people that keep calling, I finally called Verizon directly to get answers. At first they had no idea who would be calling me and did not recognize the number. After an hour on the phone, they finally told me that they are a 3rd party collections agency, and that they had the wrong account attached to my name. They updated my account and I no longer am getting calls.

Therefore, if you owe Verizon $$, then this is why they are calling. If you don't, they must have your account screwed up.

Used to get calls from a different # and it was Verizon asking for a Sherri, and that is not my name, nor anyone I know is named Sherri. I told them, they stopped calling, now I'm getting calls from this #. I called it and it says it's Verizon asking for Sherri AGAIN! They direct me to a different #, and I stayed on hold for over 10 min and I hung up. Definitely people posing as Verizon, because the call is coming from Bristol, TN. This is getting ridiculous. My bill isn't late, and it's never been late, so they have no reason to call me even if they are Verizon.

They call me several times a day, and when I answer, no one is there.

If a company or person calls 6 or more times in a day that is considered harrassment. They call so many times, I am ready to go to the sherriff about them.

I do not answers numbers I dont know...this number has called me 8 times in the past few days and its getting old. I finally answered just now, and honestly I think they are actually someone POSING as verizon as for the questions they asked, and they got the bill date wrong, it was due the 8th not the 6th atleast thats what my bill says. I am not even the account holder of the phones, so why are they calling MY number ? Hm fishy. also they asked for MY info not the account owner's # and information, again really fishy.

Verizon Wireless calling for the idiot girl that had my number 3 years ago. I tried to tell them they have the wrong number and they insisted that I give them my personal info. I told them all they needed to know was that I am not the person they want. They still told me they need my info so they could 'note the account.' I told the guy he was full of it and hung up.

Verizon - my bill is almost a month overdue....what is so funny is that they were calling from a different number and now they are calling from this one. Well, at least they are letting us know before turning off our service with no notice.

yep, its verizon wireless. payment is a few days late - its the 3rd time they called today. i mean this company is making billions and they hassle people w/a 3-4 day late payment. unbelievable!
