These idiots called me just now 5:14pm Oct.12, 2011.  I didn't answer the phone because I didn't know who it was.  Wish these phone solicitor's would get a life and quit harassing the American Public.
Pisses you off when they start calling your cell phone. It should be illegal for them to even pick up the damn phone to call people like that.

Numerous calls from these numbers in the last 2 weeks. I do not pick up because I do not recognize the number. No message left.

I keep getting phone calls on my cell, but leaving no message from both of these numbers 423-317-9608 & 423-317-7917.  Only the phone number shows on caller ID.  It's irritating me and costing .49 cents + tax.

THIS IS A SCAM WHERE IS MY $1000.00 SHOPPING SPREE!!!! SOMEONE NEEDED TO GET THIS COMPANY!!!

so my cousin got this call and it said she won $1,000 from a drawing that she entered, she is only 13 and i can assure she did not enter any drawings...my best advice to stop the calls is to register ur numbers on the national do not call registry it only takes a few moments google it to find the correct address to register. It took only 30 days and i havent gotten any sales calls on either my cell phone nor my home phone in almost two weeks!! so i can assure it works great as before i was being woken at 830am and the calls would continue until 8:50pm so register!!

This is the second time I've gotten a call from this number. I don't answer it cause I don't have it programmed in my phone. Like everyone else, no message. Tell then to cut it out!

I got a call from two that have been listed and they were from "publisher's services" trying to tell me I won a $1000 shopping spree that I'd get as a gift certificate with all their info, as a thanks for helping them distribute their magazine. The magazines, which I'd never ordered, were just a random list that seemed to keep changing, but they knew my address, name, all types of things and kept telling me that my visa, amex, discover, or mastercard referred me and that I'd pay through them, not a paper bill in the mail (mind you she said like 3.85 a week that could be paid in "lump sums" at me choosing). She started to say they just need my exp date for the card when I called her on it, and said it was obvious she was phishing since I had more than one card and she couldn't tell me which had referred me. She argued that if it wasn't the right exp then I'd just say another and I was like "this is so retarded put me on your do not call list" she agreed and hung up. The funny part was that I was so obviously googling "Publisher's Services" while talking to her - which flags for some class actions and scams by a number of other names.

Who are these people that keep calling. I got three last night from 423-586-1663,423-317-9608 and 423-317-9594. Hope they call back, would love to give them a piece of my mind.

I just had a 25 minute conversation with a woman named amber from the number 423-317-9608, and I came to this astounding conclusion... I have been carefully selected from a large number of visa, mastercard, american express, and discovercard cardholders... and I was put on a "preferred cardholder's list"... then she stated that I have won a $1000.00 online shopping spree at no cost to me except for a small $3.76 fee after all my shopping was completed... and then told me that I get the following 6 magazines... ESPN, ebony, cosmopolitan, people, good housekeeping, and us weekly... and LUCKY ME GUYS!!!!! she ALSO said that they're gonna throw in a weekly subscription to t.v. guide!!!! YAAAAAAYYY!!!!   I don't even watch tv hardly... but anyways, she told me that it will only cost me $3.85 a week for all of these subscriptions combined, and I can pay the fee every 3 or 6 months. So I asked how long I am subscribed these magazines, and she said 60 months(5 years)!!!! I said holy S%^T!! I don't even like any of those magazines!! and so I said, I don't want the magazine, I just want the shopping spree, and she said "well unfortunately it's a package deal"... I said this is ridiculous! if you do the math, $3.85 weekly for 5 yeears (52 weeks per year), comes out to a grand total of $1001.00!!! which means that you are going to end up paying for everything that you get online my friends!!! oh but hey!!! the magazines are free! ;D lol... I respectfully asked the southern accented woman named amber on the other end of the cellular telephone conversation, being that she was only doing her (nothing short of a dishonest way to earn money of a) job, to please place me on their no-call list, in which i'm sure is so popular by now there is probably a waiting list to get on a waiting list to get on the damn thing!!! lol so in short children and gentle-ladies, ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS AND READ ALL OF THE fine print BEFORE GIVING YOUR INFORMATION, CONSENT, OR JOHN HANCOCK (signature). !   ... =D have a nice day everybody!

Got a call from them, Got a jumbled cut off message on my answering machine, tried to call the number back, they picked up after a few seconds and just hung it up.

Got a message WITH MY NAME in it from an overly cheery Southern-sounding woman saying that I won a $1,000 shopping spree, and to call her back before 10pm EST. Number not registered on my phone, I'm not sure how she got my name if I didn't register for any sweepstakes. So glad I Googled this number before calling her back to tell me to leave me alone!

Just tell them you have no credit cards or a checking account. And you will not get anymore calls.

I asked them to send the info in the mail and she said they do it over the phone.  I told them that I didn't even know who they were with and she said my credit card company.  After I told them that my credit card sent me bills and asked why they couldn't send the information with the bill she said well thank you have a nice day

I too just got 1 from each number, it's very irritating. I am going to try to block the numbers.

what is up with this phone number? I didn't bother to call them back because i googled the phone number first! I'm glad I did!

I keep getting calls from them. They say they are with some publisher company, and that I have good standings with a credit/debit card. And also I have good standings with ordering magazines (which I don't even do). I called back to ask them to take me off there list, and she said its just quicker to tell them you aren't interested.

I am getting calls from this number regarding winning a $500 online gift card.  When I call back it states to add your number to the do not call list enter your number followed by the # sign.  Then it states my number is invalid....

Mountain area communicatons in how they answered when I called(I think that's what she said. They said I won a $1000 gift card or something but I was suspicious so I got off the call and called back until I got an answer and that was it.
