Received calls more than once, am on No Call List.

calls and leaves no message, also shows its from Signal Mountain?

I just had the same experiance. Answered the phone and got a recording telling me the phone number was disconnected and if wanted to make a phone call, please hang up and try again. LOL!

This is the third time they have called me and I finally just answered it. I attempted to tell the lady that I was not interested in the "good deals" she had to offer and to stop calling me and she hung up on me!! I really don't think a legitimate travel place would be so rude and do that. Anyway, that really pi$$d me off and I called the number back and a recording said this number has been disconnected. Riiight.  And for the record, I don't know how they got my number. I did stay in a Holiday Inn with my sister not long ago but SHE signed the papers and got the room under her name. The only thing I can think of, is that the hotel gave these leeches my number from when her phone died and she called my cell phone from the front desk phone. That has got to be illegal.

I get this call a few times a day. I am on the so called "do not call" list, which is a joke in itself. Is there a way to get these calls to stop? The calls happen around the same time of the day, usually around 9:45 AM.

Who is this?  Number not known to my household...

Received call from this number, claims to be Great American Travel Agency and promoting Branson, MO.  Declined the question and caller wanted to know WHY.  I am on the BNC list but to no avail.  Returned call to this number and was informed that it is no longer in operation.

I am registered on "do not call list"...why do I keep getting this call?  Hung up before my message was concluded. Very annoying. Can something be done about this? The "do not call" list is a joke...

I keep getting numerous spam calls from this number as well. Drives me nuts to think that telemarketers can call cell phones. It used to annoy me when they'd call the home phone, and now, its cell phone.

Why they keep calling and leaving me messages that deduct minutes off my cell phone is a great mystery of the universe to me. But it sounds pretty typical, sometimes all I hear is a click, pause of silence, and nothing on the other end. Other times, I'm routed to an automated voice mail telling me about some useless information. However, I am not on the "don't not call" list, and doubt that it would make much of a difference either way from all the comments that I've read thus far.

Called me on my cell but didn't leave a message.

This number has called my cell phone multiple times and never leaves a message.  I am registered for the DO NOT CALL list and am still getting these calls periodically.

Yeah this is Josh from great american travel. I heard that much and hung up.

Three calls---no answer when I pick up the call---tried to call the number back but it says it is not a working number!!! Yeh---right---please help me stop these calls.  Thank you.

Same thing happened and it's a shame that we must pay in order for us to find out who it is. It must be something illegal and a front for something.

This number has called my cellphone twice.  I did not answer and called this number soon after I received it.  It rang one time and the noise came on that it is a not working number.  Now....how can that be when they have called me twice.

I just got a call from this number and when I answered it there was a pause and then a recording stating "this number is not valid".  They called me!!!! not the other way around.

Did you stay a Holiday Inn lately? I finally asked them how they got my number and she said they work exclusively for Holiday Inn properties (and remember that could be any name of motel these days!) and she said on the registation form at a lot of these franchisees' locations--in the tiny small print--it says you agree to receive special promotions and offers. Drives me insane! I love how most all businesses say they have had to increase their prices based on things happening in the world today (gas prices, labor prices, etc) but then when I called back to the Holiday Inn I stayed in last week the manager said "we have found that in order to maintain our profit margin we have to outsource our customer lists but only if a customer agrees to receive the calls and most of our customer love being contacted for travel savings". Right. I thought they raised their rates in order to maintain the profit margin. It's a losing battle. In today's world if you own any type of commuication device (phone, e-mail, etc) it's considered fair game to contact you.

Called me today.  Some Great American Travel place.  Asked how I was doing and told them good but I do not want anything bye!
