Got the same, just won a $1,000.00 gift card from WalMart. It's a scam. So how come they keep getting away with it?

Received the following text message on 3/30/12: Dear Walmar shopper, Congratulations you have just won a $1000 Gift Card. Click here to claim your gift www.click4Wmart.com cancel:reply STOP
I saw several other posts with the exact same message but the phone number was different. I'm sure it is a scam.
