If you are the crooked telemarketing criminal who owns Security One and want your claims to be credible, then you'd have legitimate info on your website.  I called the number on your site repeatedly and been told by your crooked lying drones that they'd remove my number from your call list, but they never do. Instead I get illegal robo calls several times a day, breaking as many as six different laws every time.

ADT lost this suit. They need more evidence.  If you have been contacted, you're testimony could make the difference to stop Security One's use of illegitimate business practices. Just got the same spiel about representing honeywell.  Current fake number is 323 284 6120  I called adt to verify and they are going to order a cease and desist to security one.

Same thing here, Security One trying to get into my house today, Dec 2,2012. Told them NO Thank You. The tech on the phone got real nasty.  I had googled them, all kinds of complaints listed.

Thats the way they see if anyone is home,,,, to rob...

Got a call today on caller ID from a Law Office of J.  Called from 949-281-6607.  Said I was in their customer database and that I had their components in my security system.  He said he was from Honeywell.  I said if I am in your system, what type is my system and who installed it?  He again stated angry I had their components and he needed to lower my rate.  When I pressed for more details he said I was missing out and hung up.  Reported this to my security company and they confirmed it was not a legitimate call.

They have called me as "Security One" and said they were the owners of the ADT alarm equipment and are taking over alarm systems for a cheaper rate; need a man to come in to "Check" the alarm.  Why I ask, if it is working/  And HOW did they get my number???  They said they have pone and name records.  They called from 310-702-2571 and 310-375-2909. I won't let these strangers into the house.  I called ADT and they are not aware of any company or association.Seems like they want to get into get your codes.

Got a call from someone stating she was from Honeywell and monitoring would be done by Security One. I checked out web site and Security One is an alarm monitoring firm headquartered in UT with an office in Torrance; but its Better Business Bureau rating is "F" based on 109 complaints, most unanswered by firm. I am not very comfortable in this.

I was recently called about purchasing an Alarm System from Security One.  At first I was very reluctant to speak to them since I normally don't deal with telemarketers but the person was very nice and respectful so I gave them a shot.  I was a customer of ADT but with the lower rates and the lifetime service I was offered it was a no brainer.  I switched 6 months ago and it was a great decision.  Thank you Security One.

Caller says that he is from Honeywell, and they made the components to our ADT security system.

have called twice...same hispanic voice with thick accent.

They are very persistent on the phone and keep trying to sell you...we hung up after refusing to give them any time or information.

called close to 9pm on a saturday night and didn't say anything after I picked up.

Got a call from this number so called ADT and they said they've gotten a number of complaints about the same call.  They are looking for info about the callers and they will forward that info to their legal department.

Same here- they called at 7:45 stating they were now handling my security systems maintenence and needed to schedule an on site maintenence. I hung up and called the security co. right away.

call and do not say a thing.  Very annoying.

B.S. company, said they represent ADT's "equipment maker" and wanted to "replace the battery and check the equipment". When I questioned them about the irregularity of the call, the assh*le hung up. They called at 8:30pm at night. Called ADT to report the scam and San Diego Police.

Called @ 6:15 P.M. - Claimed that they were representing Honeywell - offered lifetime warranty and "free" service on my 25 year old alarm system. Very hard to understand due to accent & breath on microphone.
Had no information about my account or system. Wanted to set up an appointment for a "free" inspection and service call. Sounds like a scam or at least a "bait and switch" sales plan for a new system.
QUESTION Why would Honeywell or any reputable company use cell phone for sales calls?

Called me too... saying Honeywell alarm is no longer supported by ADT call centers, but they would lower my rate. What a scam -

Me too Shane. I feel sad when I heard this one also. They are accusing security one without knowing what kind of company they are trying to ruin. Maybe they don't like this company or they want this company down. Will I am pretty sure they can never do this because security one had many supporters especially to their customers.

I am  the customer of security one company and I feel bad about this news. Why they are doing this? This company is growing fast now. Their services is not bad I know they had many customers feel sad about this.

You are right Nina. The number one priority of security one  is to make sure that their customer are safe and be satisfied with their services. So I don't believe the negative feedback about security one.
