Got a call suspicious

received a call from 524-228-1301 yesterday, called back only got busy signal. received call again today same number. the man on the line speaks VERY broken english. he said he was calling from "consumer debt relief". i asked for his company's phone number he told me 424-228-1202. no one answers that phone number. told him i was on the "do not call register" and he hung up on me

Got a call the other day, no message left. Tried calling back just get busy signal. Oh well.
