Got a call from this number. The caller left no message.

these people need to get a real job and stop trying to swindle good people out of their hard earned money...i get calls all day long telling me i am going to be arrested and they state a case number.. I was so MAD my whole body was shaking...For one i can hardly understand them and when i ask to speak to a supervisor than i get yelled at, BE AWARE!! do not fall prey to this injustice...

Same basic scam trying on pull it on my wife ... they did have our home address, phone, cell phone, name of bank, and some other easily accessible information ... I'll just do what I like to do and keep returning their call from a blocked number messing with them right back when i'm totally bored and have nothing else to do ... yes we know they are scammers and annoy people like us .. but try to get a little laugh out of me f'ing with them right back i know i do ... perhaps I should record it sometime and post it up on youtube LOL  :P

I have been getting these calls at home and work i canceld my bank account and all my information.They even had my debit card.This guy calles allday long and now he is wanting me to fax him a good copy on my ss card and my driver lic. HA are you kidding me.This will not stop.hes got my social everthing what are we sopost to do?

OMG.  Yes caller is an Indian accent and has called my phone probably 20 times in the past 4 minutes.  I answered the phone and then Googled the # at the same time and saw the spam blogs.  I advised them to remove my # from their call list and hung up.  They called right back, done the same thing.  They called again and done the same thing again.  The 4th time I answered I yelled at them, hung up called my service provider and had the # blocked.

They also call from 424-258-4903  424-258-4093 and 817-510-767-7616 Those numbers are unpublish if it was legit it wouldnt be. The 424 numbers are coming saying they are from Culver City CA. Same people same indian speaking script with a call center background . I haven't called them back thinking it is a scam now that I know it is. They called my work. My boss spoke with them and said they could not understand english very well. Its a scam.

I had a very similar experience from the same number.  The man that I spoke to had a heavy indian accent and told me he is a cour officer and when I asked to speak to a supervisor he told me he is the supervisor.  He had my SS#, my drivers liscense number, and the last 4 digits of my checking account number.  Not sure how he was able to obtain all of this information but I am just wondering if anyone knows if I should take some sort of legal action.  Is it possible for them to access my money out of my checking account?  I said some very nasty things to him and he threatened to take me to court.  I also asked him what time it was in California and he was an hour off so I knew right away it was bull$&^@!!!  Just wondering if you think I should change my bank account.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Complete scam. They claim they are the Superior Court of California with a law suit pending against "your name and last four of your social security number." None of them speak English and you cannot make heads or tails of what they are trying to tell you.

This business received similar call stating that there is a law suit pending against "your name and social secutiy number and you had better call back or you will be in a lot of trouble". (The business does not have a SS#.) The caller had a very heavy Indian accent and there was a lot of noise (voices) in the background, as if the call was coming from a busy call center.  Obviously, I did not respond, but worry that others might and fall victim to whatever the scam might be.

Been receiving calls from this number stating its the Jack Miller legal group and that I need to get a lawyer and report to California by the next day or I will be arrested. This happened several months ago from a New York number basically saying the same thing. When it happened before I reported it to the police but was told there is virtually nothing they can really do because the calls aren't even being made within the United States. So after that, I called them back and gave them a nasty tongue lashing that ended all the calls until now. Best bet is to just curse them out and hang up on them....that's all that can really be done. These idiots are very persistent but do eventually quit. They even threatened to have officers from New York come to my house in Ohio to arrest me within 2 hours......REALLY!?!? LMAO
