same number and same lil foreign accent i took it to the fbi online scam dept u tell them every thing u can fill out some forms

I just recieved a phone call from 424-354-3332 on my cell phone. I don't know how they got my cell phone # they are looking for another person and said that I was a referance for that person. I need to pay a loan made by that person and if not they would call the police and have me arrested, the police would be here in four hours. I called and turned what information I had in to the police. Tried to call the # back and could not be connected. The caller said he was an attorney and had a foreign accent.

I called this number 424-354-3332 and the person that answered said "hello" so I just kept asking where was I calling and he wouldn't answer me and kept asking "what was the name or phone number" so I said I just want you to know that you have been reported to the better business bureau and your office is under investigation and hung up. that guy didn't know what to say or hit him.  I say we all should call them and do not give your name or number and don't let them speak you do all the talking without fear and tell them they are being investigated for harrassment and fraud and hang up on them.

I HAD A MESSAGE ON MY WORK PHONE FROM ALEX WHITE SAYING IT WAS UP TO ME TO RETURN THE CALL. IT WAS BEST TO HAVE MY ATTORNEY PRESENT AND IF I DON'T BOTHER RETURNING HIS CALL THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES TO PAY. WHAT WAS FUNNY IS THAT AT THE END HE SAYS "HAVE A BLESSED DAY" WHATEVER.

I think everyone needs to report this to the FBI.  I we all do this maybe they will invesitate these people.

Boy do I nned your help i received this same call stating that this was from a payday loan and that there was a lawsuit against me for non payment. I called them back just to hear a man yelling at me and threatening to have me arrested yet not giving me any info. I am very upset with these poeple. What do i do?

I was called by these people and they asked for my friend I told them I didn't know her and never to call my phone again they called me right back and my dad answered and said the lady that answered the phone before sounded like a b***h so I called them back and ever time I did they called me a b***h!! So my husband called them back and ask to speak to the towel head that called his wife a b***h they denied it my brother in law was also threaten by these same people they need to be stopped or go back to there own country!!!!

This number frequently.  My work and cell.  You can't understand a thing he says.  He gets irrate, starts yelling and threatening lawsuits and jail time, and when you hang up on him, he just calls back over and over and over.  I had 6 missed calls from him in 7 minutes.  The calls will stop for a few weeks and then come back again.  So frustrating.

This company called me as well and said they would report me to my job and ill be going to jail. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor, after several numbers were pressed in my ear i was placed on hold. I called another company and they sent me this link of comments about the company with Craig Miller fraud company. I mean what the heck i almost gave them my money. What should i do now, report it to who, im not trying to go to jail behind this crap.

Craig Miller is one of the people and Anna is the woman. They say they are from American Legal Services and they are based in Beverly Hills California. It would be best if you didnt take any calls. It is against the law to threaten the things as stated in these postings.

I'm Sooo Happy all of you have shared this information!  Thank you!  My brother has too received phone calls from these CLOWNS.  Everything you've provided fits an exact mold of what he has been told and the JERK who keeps calling with his lame story.  We are contacting the Sheriff's Office and the Better Business Bureau.  Does anyone have any other advice?

I received a call from these jack***es myself. I called them after I saw your comments and I was waiting for these jack*** to comeout with their story.After he told me his story, I just went off on him and told him that I already knew about his scam and the next time he contacts me for BS, I was really going to make it my business to takem out. This is if the govermnent doesnt do anything. I work hard for my cheddar!!! Another thing I investigated the number and it comes from Level 3 Communications. Someone needs to find out from them who is the owner of this line. This can be done by the FBI. I have no time for bs, where I come from petty thieves have a unclear way of ending up with a bullet in the forehead. I am honest guy but dont piss me off. I am not nice when someone is trying to rob me. I already have too many legal institutions doing that already. So next step is to put their azzes on blast and have the legal authorities put pressure on Level 3 Communications.

I just got a call from this number. Telling me that I owe on loans that I never took out. Stating that I got them deposited into my account. I ever had any loans deposited into my account. Also they called my mother in another state asking information on her Nephew. Who are these people. What can be done about this. This is clearly a scam.

Ok, 424-354-3332 is calling my cell AND my work.  I can't wait for him to call back when the owner of the company is here....he'll be in for a real treat!  I'm suppose to have my attorney call him back...like I have one.  Broken english is a real pain in the ars and trying to figure out what their saying is almost impossible.
Has anyone figured out how to get them to stop?

i had gotten numerous calls and threatening messages from this do***ebag, it is the same person awnsering every time, i told him to stop and he didnt, so i kept cAlling him back cursing him out, and i got all my friends on facebook to do it as well, he told me he was going to come to my doorstep and F*ck" me, so since me and all my people have called him nonstop at all hours of the day and night, he finally stopped calling.

A message was left advising me to call this number and to provide my attorney's information. The message stated that if I did not call then  I would face legal ramifications. The message was very threatening. Then at dinnertime tonight, the same guy called six times in a row even after he was asked to stop harassing us. The last call he made threats to my family.

yeah myself and my sister keep getting calls from these stupid people and they also called me on my phone about my sister... its always a man and never no what he is saying.. i'm getting sick and tired of them calling me and they always use diffrerent numbers when they call me. i want him to call one more time i'm going to curse them out like i did a lady one day when she called my job.. that is going to far now...

just received a call telling me to call this number about a lawsuit against me.  Complete fraud, running rampant now online.  Don't call these people back.

I have received 3 calls from this number. I was unable to answer the call the 1st two times. But when I did take the call I was threaten with violating bank regulations, check fraud, and possible money laundering. Then was later hung up on. I called the number back and left a message letting them know that I reported them to the FTC, BBB, FBI, and the local police. I also alerted my job about this also. I will be reporting them to other law enforcement agencies within the next couple of days.

This number called us and was threatning to sue us and arrest my husband for fraud and if we gave them 700 right now they will settle out of court.it's a coplete scam and so scary, they had me so worked up.They said cash advance us was sueing us for not paying back a pay day loan.They know all of my husbands personal information and we need to find a way to get these scammers shut down and behind bars.

This number called my cell phone 3 times in less than a minute. I kept declining the call. Then they called my work lline. I screamed at them and told them to loose the number and I hung up. They called right back asking why did I hang up and said I was being sued. A***oles! It is a total scam. The call back number he gave me is from Pasadena, and the call in number is from Beverly Hills.

I just recieved a call from this number saying I owed money to US Cash Advance. I never borrowed any money for a loan. They told me the Cops were coming to get me in four hours. Don't know how these people got my name or number. This is scary. If they think they are gonna get money out of me they are so wrong, I have none.
