these people called me n helped me out to  resolve a issue by granting me a option of OOCR to settle a debt without going through any legal process... thank you...

Thas has to be a flat out lie. These people called threatening me on a bogus law suit.

Indian sounded man with American sounding name calls about lawsuit, I have no outstanding debt, do not know what they want, decided to call them today after listening to messages, and got a recording that this number is no longer in service! Hope they quit calling me.

These people just called me & said they were sending the police to my house tomorrow morning & I will be in jail for xmas - I really want these peoples ofc to be closed down so they can stop this crazy mess!

Crazy people called me I told them they had the wrong number and they said why do we have this number for this person and I told them I do not know.  They also said if this person lives at my address to tell them to run from there because someone was coming to my house to get  them.  I do not know who these people are but they have called me several times and can not tell me what this is regarding or anything they just wish good luck and hang up.  The guy said he was Max Morris and he had a foreign accent.

They have called several times from a blocked number, or unknown number on my cell.  If I get to the phone quick enough to hit end they call right back. I've done it 7 or 8 times in a row and the same thing!  Now I just been letting it go to voicemail.  I get some Indian with the last name Stewart, I can't understand the first name.  He mentioned cops, and criminal action, etc just like the last one telling me don't disregard this call and good luck.  I'm former law enforcement and know like many, that if legal action is filed against you, you have to be notified by either law enforcement or certified mail.  I'm sure they will call back again, I'll be sure to have some fun with them!

Got a call from these foreigners today...They called me by my nickname, which was curious. They first left me a message and said there was a complaint filed against me and that I can't ignore this call because it was urgent and they said "good luck" at the end of the message. I called them back FURIOUS and they said they were from some "financial firm" and that I owed 15,000 on a cash advance....strange seeing as how I am a graduate student and am not currently working, and you have to have a J.O.B to get a cash advance! And who in the world can get a 15,000 cash advance!!!!!!????? They said they wanted my lawyer information. I told them they had the wrong person and that they were scam artists and they told me I was a LIAR and that they were going to send the FBI (seriously?) to my house tomorrow and that I have a court date. These same people called my mom a couple months ago. I was not born yesterday.

I have had it  with these jokers! Good grief can't we send jaloop and the rest of them to jail? they call my work and, they call me at home. They say that only God can help me. and that they are sending the police. Well why is it taking so long for the police to show up.  If there is anyway at all to find them and sue them or at least stop them I would be very interested in doing so.

This number called my cell. It came up as unknown number but the voice message left this number as a call back. It is a foreign speaking guy with an American name. Since I didn't answer my cell, he called my employer who in turn asked me if I know him. Claiming I didn't, he told the gentleman that these phone calls were not accepted at the business number and not to call back. They called back 6 more times, right in a row, each time being told a little more harshly not to call. My employer got furious when the man told him he was going to "come here and sh&t in his mouth". For a company that claims to be officers from a law firm, they sound very unprofessional. Now the phone rings every 5 minutes but they hang up as soon as it is answered. SCAM!

Overall, my best guess is that this "company" is a 100% SCAM COMPANY calling from outside the US, trying to scare anyone who owes a debt, into giving them his/her credit or debit card information so the WEIRDOS at this "company" can do ONLINE CREDIT CARD FRAUD (like pay for fee-based online porn sites with your card).

A female "rep" called early this morning (woke me up) and asked for someone named Ashley.  I said I would have her call you, what is your number?  424-646-3587.  I called back and asked to speak to the owner.  A man who barely spoke English, came to the phone.  I asked "Does your company have a website?"  And he gave me the address of a PORNOGRAPHIC WEBSITE.  He also asked for MY phone number so he could call me back later.  I gave him a bogus number --  one I know of where no one will ever answer the phone.  What WIERDOS!

The same people called me and said that they needed to get a hold of my mom for a paid date loan that was taken out online and she hasn?t paid it back, Funny that my mom hasn?t lived in US for many years. So I had fun with them. Told them that I was a lawyer and wanted their firm name and number, funny that these people could not even spell the name of the firm. The first guy spelled it Lanefir Associates; the "supervisor" spelled it Lanphier associated. Way to funny. So I told them to give me a fax number to send all personal information that they were demanding and authorization to charge my bank account. And I sent them a picture of my D!&@ and told them to F*&% OFF. Don?t fall for this scam. If someone is suing you, they need to serve you. Come on American wake up and lets kick the S&%# out of these A$$ wipes.

Called my phone.. new it was a bill collector or something trying to sell me something.. so i answered and then hung up.. they called right back BLOCKED CALLED. then called my work phone 4 TIMES. BLOCKED!! SOME DUDE NAME MAX MORRIS?? LOL but he has like an a forgiener!?? SCAMMMMM!!!

These people go by John Smith, Jim Brown, they call us all the time. My mom and dad got a loan from cash advance they paid the loan back already. I explained to them its paid! The nut cases still keep calling.
I asked for the fax number so we can send a copy of paid in full receipt. These foreigners have American names they claim. But they can barely speak English. They called my mom and call her names they tell her the cops are coming to get her. They said she needs to go to court and her manager will go to. They dont make any sense what so ever. So I called and confronted them on the phone and the one that calls him self John Smith told me he wanted to have sex with me and he shaves his privates. I mean to tell you the people are crazy so next time you get a call record them cause I did and submitted everything to the Houston Police Department they are investigating them. I am pressing charges for harassment. These fools don't know who they are messing with. They need to be prosecuted for harassment.If anybody does this they will go to jail.  Mr. Smith can have Pocahontas go take him commissary money.

can someone please advise if there are real or is it a scam as they won't provide any infomation just that if i don't resolve by tomorrow i have a court date on monday

This is a debt collector saying that they are from a law office. They call and say that since you owe them debt that they are going to be having a court date for you today is Wed. and they are just now calling and saying that my husband has a court date on Fri.? Give me a break.
