Well he has now moved his house to California, Santa Clara to be exact and is still in the Philippines on his mission with his family, but his name is now David Williams. phone number is the same but the email has changed to the same format of david.williams111110@gmail.com.  Thanks for the post. Would be nice if these realty sites would vet their clients.

This guy if definitely a scammer! I have been in contact via email and text message with this guy all wee. The name given is Jamie Schaaf. His email is jamieschaaf10101@gmail.com. Also uses jamie.schaaf@ymail.com DO NOT communicate with him!!

His story is that he moved to the Phillipines with his family on a "missionary" assignment. He is a good liar who tries to make you feel comfortable, speaks of God and it is all lies. The house he says he owns is in Bethesda, MD. Yet when I went to look at the exterior of the house that he "owns", because you cannot view the interior as he has the keys and documents with him, we met the real owners. They said they own the house and are renting it but for 4X's the cost of scammer Jamie Schaaf has it listed.

It is unfortunate that degenerates like this exist. It is no wonder why people do not have ANY trust in one another and are affraid to walk down the street or talk to strangers. It is people like Jamie Schaaf that tarnishes human society. Go get a real job, work hard and earn your money! Instead of trying to lie and scam people out of their hard earned money...there are too many people looking to make the fast buck in todays world and it is truly sad to see.

This person has fake postings for multiple properties that they do not own.  This number is a cell phone.  Do not conduct business with this person.  They will claim that they don't have access to the property and are attempting to collect rent and deposits.  Their postings are often a duplicate on trulia of a property actually priced much higher.  I've seen this same person use multiple names and email addresses.
