I received a call form 424  731  4040 - from the Bay - but rerouted from India.

Difficult to understand, and unable to fully comprehend my instructions about a delivery to my house to-morrow of a refrigerator.
Finally I was able to tell the person about the possible access through the doors, and also to convey to the person - of the need to be careful of not damaging the floors  (A combination of Slate/ carpet / wood and linoleum.)

It was the Bay furniture department's call centre in India, routed through a North American exchange, and they will give you misinformation in very bad English and annoy the hell out of you.  They will call at least once a day (excluding weekends) until you pick up.

Yes, it is the Bay.  They were just calling to confirm my delivery time for a new dryer.  Her English and information provided was just fine.  My call was legit.

It was the Bay calling to confirm my delivery scheduled for the next day.  They indicated what was being delivered and to where, and they also left a 1-866 number to call back if there were any issues.

Yes, it is the Bay, asking if the delivery went well.

It's supposed to be The Bay telling you your delivery's not coming.
