I just received the same call on my cell phone as well as at my work #..

Who are these people? The message that was left on my voice mail is hard to understand (he does not speak fluent English). It is critical to call back at this # myself or my attorney, if i do not return the call, they hate to see what happens to me. Then the same person called my work matter of minutes later ask for me and told the person that I was not there and they started to argue with my co-worker.. I feel that I need to contact the FTC...

I got the same call on my cell and work.  They say they are attorneys calling about a Pay Day loan that was not repaid and that a court hearing under my social security number will take place tomorrow in California and that court papers will be delivered to my employer before 5pm today.  If I lose the hearing I will have to pay $7,000 on the spot, I will be black marketed for any loan and will not be able to collect social security.  In order to avoid this I can have my attorney call them back to settle.

When I asked them what my social security number was and they refused to give it.

I just received a call at work the on the phone had a heavy accent, I told him that I couldn't understand what he was saying and he wanted to transfer me....I told him I was at work and was not allowed to have personal phone calls...He stated that he was from a backdoor legal department for easycash and I had some pending judgements against my name and I needed to call back.

I just rec'vd a call @ work from a gentleman by the name of Terry Cooper and had a heavy accent and didn't speak english well. He stated he was from Anderson Law Associates.  The gentleman that answered stated that he will place me on hold and get "Terry Cooper" apparently he was the same gentleman that answered. Talk about a double life. He immediately asked for the number that he called, gave it to him and he indeed had my name. He asked for my attorney's name and number so that he can forward my legal documents for my law suit for a payday loan with instant cash that I have no knowledge of. And when I told him that my computer has been for over a year he interrupted me and said that I should see several officers with the next couple of days and then hung the phone.

It seems like a recording, got two messages from Matt Thompson, at least I think on who that person is, had a heavy accent and says that if we do not hear from an attorney than he says good luck, wonder if this is the same person that called me and said that I won a Mercedes-Benz and $25.000 cash that will be delivered the next day...I did visit a payday cash loan website but what little information I put on there, I did get approved for a couple of loans but I never signed any documents or got the ok to receive that money. However I did get a call saying that I had two outstanding loans, some kind of scam going on...

I received a voicemail today from 424-781-1209.  The message was from a woman with a heavy (Indian?) accent, saying that she needed a call back from me or my lawyer.  She had the wrong number, and mentioned the name of the person she was seekeng (not me - wrong name - wrong gender), but was rather blunt.

She used phrases like "contact me the second you receive this message" and "if you do not return my call, all I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you".

It almost sounded like a collection service, but this person was not reading a script of any kind.  She seemed to be improvising her message on the fly.  Very unprofessional, especially since they didn't even reach the correct person.

Someone calls and state that they need my attornies information so they can forward time sensative material. They refuse to say the name of their company.

I received a call today at my job, the name he gave me was Joe Brown with a Indian or Arab accent. He was threaten to put me in jail and to get an attorney because I owe for a payday loan.  When I refuse to verify info and asked him information, he started threatening me again.  When I call him back and told him I have proof that I never received and payday loan in January, he stated why did you call me, you just have to pay the court cost and have a bless day then hung up.

I called that number for the heck of it at 2:35 am EST and the extension is 801209...just FYI..

I njust posted a reply about this number. Thought I would try one more time before blocking the number.  I did get thru and asked for Michelle William, I was told one minute then a man came on the line and said he was Andy Hunt, Michelle Williams' supervisor.  When I requested the name of his company he hung up. Block this number if you can and don't give them any info...

I have rec'd several  calls from this number.  I or my attorney am to call back Michelle William.  I've tried various times to call back and no answer, can't even leave a msg as the mailbox is full!!  The msg she keeps leaving, on my cell number no less, is if I "disregard the msg and don't return the call good luck as the situation befalls on me"  Sounds like a thinly veiled threat to me.  My next step is to block this number to prevent the repeated calls.

This sounds like a recording of somewhat...same thing about an attorney.

i got the same call attorney needs t call them i asked for tracing numbers on the money i was supposedly loaned and they couldnt give it to me or know what i was talking about any debt collector would of known what i was talking about for sure i also called an anderson law company near SF and let them know these guys are using there name ha ha ha

THESE IDIOTS CALLED ME A FEW TIMES. I NEVER BELEIVED IT. IT'S FUN TO CALL THEM AND I AM SEWING THEM FOR CHILD ABUSE. HE GOT A LITTLE PISSED AFTER THE THIRD TIME.

This person called me with the same thing said his name is Gary Bennett. Said his law firm which he stated was Mcallister was getting ready to down load information for payday loan fraud.  Tried verifying my personal information.  There are too many conflicting factors in this whole thing which lets me know this is a scam.  I asked him for the case number, name of the attorney on this so called case.  Said I had better have a criminal attorney available because they were filing charges against me for ETF(Electronic Funds Transfer).  I have already contacted the business bureau and my bank. This was supposed to have taken place the first part of January of this year.  This person also said I had better have $6,000-$7,000.00 available because I am about to be arrested.  The devil is a liar. When I told this person I knew what he was upto he replied I don't need your money. I called back later that night, and someone answered yes can I help you, I called the next morning @5am.  Someone answered law firm.  These people need to caught and punished to the full extent of the law.  Also, be very careful with your personal information when you apply for anything online.  You never know who can get your information.

They will not stop calling me.  The same applies as above.  The moron told me that his name was, "Daniel" and that he worked for the "National Legislator's Company"...whatever that means.  If there is anyway I could put this guy in jail for serious fraud I would.  Maybe he would think twice about commiting such a huge crime if he knew he was going to go to Federal prison and get pounded in the a** for it.

I got the same call. He wanted me to pay-off on the phone itself to "settle out of court"!

hello please does anyone know who this number belongs too he called me 3 times and telling me he is a attorney he is not. He said he had a law sued again me and i told him i wanted the case number and he wouldn't give it to me he is not a attorney at all it is a landline and a business. Please do not give this person all anything hang up on him tell him nothing he is trying to get information on you my attorney ran the phone number on google and found out he is a falk and  please do not give out any information at all. Keep yourself safe
