I got hold of someone and it was a lady calling to schedule a photo session for my duaghter. I entered her in a cute kid contest.

That's really a shame that you had such a horrible experience with the company, or rather that lady in particular. They took pictures in the hospital when my son was born and I have used them twice since. I have fortunately never encountered a rude employee and have always had a pleasurable experience with them. I love that they come to your home to take photographs because it is so convenient with a small child. Sometimes it is difficult to schedule an appointment at a convenient time depending on what photographers they have available though. I do not work for the company or have any affiliation with them. I just wanted to let people know that I have had good experiences with them.

had the same EXACT problem as the previous post, she was very rude... i guess just having a baby and full time job and husband being in the military wasnt a good enough excuse for her, she was still rude.

We had photos taken in the hospital when our baby was born (the company was 'our365').
Photos were great, the photographer was lovely.
But now we're on the our365 hit list - i'm getting a weekly call from this number. First time she left a message which i didn't get around to responding to (who has time with a new baby at home, right?).
Then i missed a few more calls - she always calls at the same, stupid, inconvenient time when i'm at work.
Then I had the pleasure of actually speaking with the grumpy b*tch.
She demanded to know why i hadn't returned her calls, telling me to give her my wife's mobile number because she didn't trust me to pass on a message about some 'free' portraits they wanted to take at our house (turns out to be a scam - google "our365 scam"). Telling me the photographer was only in our area for one more day, and we HAD to accept a 12:30 visit the next day. Which is obviously crap, because the calls didn't stop. But at least I have a chuckle now every time I ignore one of her calls.
Anyway, as i said we had no issues with the initial photos, its just a shame the photographer doing the rounds at the hospital happened to be associated with this particular company.

they call me so many times and i can't be back the call always is busy
