I have told this company SEVERAL times to take me off of their calling list, and I am a renter.  They have continued to call me repeatedly.  I am currently turning them into the better business bureau since they don't understand what do not call me means.

bob answered my call and I told him I AM ON A DO NOT CALL LIST IF THE CAN'T IDENTIFY THEMSELF OR LEAVE A NAME DO NOT CALL ME... HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THE LIST HE WILL BE BLOCKED

Desert air will not give up, I've been getting calls since May.  What's funny is I will be purchasing a new unit within the next few weeks and they have put themselves on MY DO NOT CALL LIST!

... and they are STILL calling my number after 3 years (just got one the other day).  They get a number disconnected message each time, but still they call.  Avoid this crazy company!

The Do Not Call List is a farce, and all it does is put your phone number in a database that is used by solicitors.
I like to talk to them when they call and make THEM hang up on me.

I also like to get door-to-door sales people to end our conversation and abruptly walk away cursing. Free entertainment that Hollywood or Bollywood can't give to you.

I informed their uncaring phone operator that I seem to have gotten an automated call from 623-930-0356.  She confirmed they are auto-dialing people but said there is nothing they can do about that, but that she would put my number on their do not call list.  To me, that says they fully intend to continue their likely-illegal commercial calls/telemarketing, but that maybe pissing off out of state residents would get them in trouble faster.

Desert Valley Aire is a real company. I use them to service my air conditioner. That being said, and even though I am a contracted customer, I still get these cold calls from them asking if I want to sign up with them.

I called the company directly and asked them to take my number off the list since I have two family members who are HVAC techs.  She said they would take my number off right away.  We shall see.

Still calling!  I must stop answering these calls but thought it was my daughter's allergist calling since it just said Desert Valley A.  And you Arizona residents that expect Tom Horne (our AG) to do anything are just about as lazy as he is.  He is too busy taking out his honey and hitting parked cars.  

I am going to call them every day and ask if they want their carpets cleaned.

On the list also and they call every year and sure would nevver call them. Guess they have no idea how much of a pain they are so sure would not want to reward their lousey way of getting or failing to get work. Don

  If you have been called by this company ,  you have become a TI or targeted individual by the government , church , or a insurance company. Get on your computer and type in gang stalking and read all about it . These people never stop. Total harassment is there game. Good luck.

Got a call from this number, rang a few times and then gone. Annoying!

No matter what you say to this company they do not stop calling.  Even if they promise to take you off their list.  So annoying.  They must get paid by the # f calls they make not the calls that actually use their service. There should be some legal action we can take against them.  That will be my next research.  Who actually would use a company that does this!

I'm on the Do Not Call list. These guys keep calling --  like previous posters here, they hang up on us when we answer. i have reported them to the feds.

Just sent them an email and told them if they continue will contact the Federal  and State of Az.  so sick of these calls DNC, means NOTHING>

Notice many here say they are on the DNC - DO NOT CALL LIST.  Did you know you have to re-new your phone number every sixth month with DNC list website!!!  Lot of people think it is permanent after they sign up the first time. It is NOT! You MUST access the DNC website and re-enter your numbers every sixth month as they drop off the DNC list to make room for more new numbers.

If you have a cell phone that they are calling, there are apps to block unwanted callers from ever being able to contact you again - landlines, business lines, etc. "Dead 2 Me" is a good one. It is what I use, and they can't access my number anymore.

I don't know about that all.  I've heard them mentioned on the radio here and it was NOT complimentary.

Sounds a LOT like that chimney clean scam back east (and as important as AC is out here, I can believe a lot of people get taken for a ride on this one).

They are a legitimate business! They provided service on my AC unit in Arizona and are friendly, proficient, and fair priced.

Desert Valley Aire doesn't care about the Do Not Call list and it's obvious they've been violating it for years - the first post here about this company was in 2008!

Received call from this number (caller ID was Desert Valley Air) & when  answered they sais "Hi, how're ya doin' & hung up.   UGGGGG!!!
