I keep getting calls from a woman named Tracey who calls me about 7 times a day saying that I owe a debt & is very threating. She says my wages will be garnished,  I'm on SS disability& they can't garnish SS.

I keep getting calls from a Tracey, she calls about 7 times a day regarding some debt. I've delt with this office before & they said my debt was settled & they would send me something in the mail to say so, but never did. What surprised me was they said the debt was $7000.00, but would settle for $200.00. Odd, and I've NEVER received a confirmation of the debt being settled. Its a scam. She's saying that she'll have my wages garnished,  but I'm on SS disability which is not able to be garnished.  Spread the word.  SCAMMERS.

SSome person named Tracey threatening to have my wages garnished.  She didn't do her homework,  SSI cannot be garnished.

I keep getting calls from this #. Her name is Tracy & she harasses me by calling 5-6 times a day. I've paid all my bills. I'm on Social Security Disability & am exempt from wage garnishment. Can't wait to remind them. Btw, I've paid bills from this company before I checked. So I checked & found my mistakes.

Hey I got the same phone call from Hanna James to call back as she had a case against me and threatened to prosecute me. She said the case #ca30339704. The phone number that I was to call was 425-329-8297. I decided to google the company name and see what was going on. An erlier response gives the sheriff''s phone number and believe me i'm calling right now!

I worked there for a week and Mr.  Price was from The Department of Corrections.  That's where they get most of their employees.  Ex meth addicts and foul mouthed people work there.  It was a horrible experience.  Myself and 2 other gals have not gotten paid.

This phone # is now disconnected (lets hope it stays that way)

Another company Called "New Leaf Solutions" Has now emerged using the EXACT SAME info as IAM USED. Its all the same scam with different names.

They contacted my sister who I have not live with since we were children. I called the number 425/286-2012 and got a Peter O'Briens voice mail. From what I'm reading, I will not call them again. Something needs to be done. It appears that these scammers are starting up again!

Alicia you either work for the company or not particularly well-versed in law so "technically" you should not be telling anyone anything. Everyone else: Ignore these calls - they are fraudulent in nature. Mine was from someone calling to collect on old debts of my deceased STEP-father who hasn't been married to my mother for 15 years. I actually am one of those "scum bags" that worked there for a month (was probably one of the worst possible experiences of my life, and even thinking about it makes me sick to my stomache).  But yes the turnover rate is very high in that company.  In the short time that I worked there (less than a month) the entire crew had been cycled through more than once.

I worked there and the lady Jessica you speak of is a good woman and would not scam anyone!! Leave her name out of your mouth!!  IAM is not a scam. Maybe if you had gone to the interview and made REAL money you would know this. But no you choose to sit and talk crap about someone you dont even know.

It's a scam. Even the name is nonsensical--white trash. They were calling a few months back, seeking a person with same name but different SSN and address. So I had a little fun, pretending to be that person, and to take it seriously; then at end of conversation, I asked them whether fraud on the phone over state lins is federal or Washington State issue. They hung up, surprise! The calls stopped...until today. Sigh.

They rotate the phone numbers - 425 877-1853  and  425 877-1453 this time, with different answering machines ...which you might get if they know your number because you call them back numerous times to harass *them* ;-)

What I dont get is why, since they already know they are scammers, did they try again? High turnover of employees?

The Snohomish County Sherrif's  non emergency # is (425)  407 3970 and the companies address is 18311 Bothell-Everett HWY Bothell WA 98012 . Each and Every call  I receive will result in a call to the Sherrif. as they are unlicenced to collect debts in the state where i live.

Note: You will also have to call your local police department's NON emergency number and have them  call the sherrif themselves if you do not live in washington..

Randall is on his last leg now  and the police are not happy. My Local police are now involved and it looks like the FBI will be brought in too. Every call they make to me results in a call to the police..

I have joined you folks since November when i also started getting the urgent phone calls. i also asked for written info with dtaes.....They never sent. They wanted some $4450 in 48 hours( yeah right). Last month the name had changed to Iam2. Today's mail brings me a  letter  "you are here by notified...." That they will accept payment in full for 12/24/12. Wanting my credit card info.  Also the address has changed folks. This letter is from 914  164Th St. SE. Got a call from 425-286-2015.   The threatened me with legal actions and lawsuits to try and collect some debt that I have no idea what they are talkiang about.  The scary thing is that they had my SSN.  I dropped a lot of f-bombs and hung up.

This company is hiring. I applied for the job and got a call for an interview. However when I googled the company all that shows up is stuff about scams. I'm not going to the interview but thought I would pass on the information that they provided me. The lady in charge of interviews is Jessica. The number she called me from is 425-949-7435. The address that this company is currently located at is- 18311 Bothell-Everett Hwy suite 180; 98012. Do what you wish with this information. I WILL NOT work for a company that is not legitimate and this IAM incorp sure sounds like a bunch of bull.

These people called at the place I work for my boss. I'm used to telemarketers doing their song and dance so I automatically ask "And what's this regarding?" when they ask to speak to him, and normally, they fess up that they're with so-and-so marketing or credit card processing or whatever. This person was named 'Jasmine' with I A M, Inc and said it was regarding a pending civil matter and that this was a courtesy call. The number on our caller ID was 425-949-5921. I looked up I A M, Inc and it comes up as previously being "Investment Capital Management & Recoveries Inc" out of Washington state. When you look up the previous company, you find on the BBB website that they have been SHUT DOWN and that there is an ALERT out for this company.

The American people are no longer bending mindlessly to the whims of corporations, scammers and whatever else can be thought up to try and scare us. I would highly suggest that if the I A M, Inc so-called founder happens to stumble across these comments and reports about his/her company, s/he ceases in the continued harrassment of a business.

Only a few problems with your shill posting. The debtor has to get something in writing. They also don't "send approval to a court for garnishment". The debtor gets to go to court as well. Debts are civil matters.
