This is NOT Verizon.  It's some scam trying to tell you health insurance.

I don't pay bills, whatcha gonna do call me? oh well, I'll change my number. You idiots elect morons to represent you who allow 1% to take 85% of our wealth through sneaky underhanded lawmakers owned by multinationals who continue to chip away at anything we get social security, medicaid etc and fight unions so they can have free reign to do what they want to any employee whenever they want so they can put billions offshore....Yeah, WE'RE the problem. Riiiiiiiiight!

Got yet another call today telling me they were from A something roofing and asking to talk to either mr. or mrs. Informed we are on the national no call list and it is illegal to call us.

Got the call. Got off a ladder I was on painting. Don't have Verizon. Have never had Verizon. And these folks are clueless.

To anyone receiving calls from this number or any other computer generated possible telemarketer.  Just hand up.  When you respond they confirm this is a valid phone number (not just verizon customers).  When you respond to these you are playing into their hands and giving them new phone numbers to scam.

I just got a call from this number. I didn't pick up. They didn't leave me a voicemail so whatever or whoever it is, it wasn't important. If this was verizon they would've left a voicemail. And it shouldn't be them b/c our account is fine we just paid them last week. So I am guessing this is bull and it's just a scam. Unless I know the number I don't pick up, so they can keep calling but I will never pick up the call. Again if it was verizon or anything important I would've had a voicemail and I didn't.

Wow....  against the law to collect a minor debt....  you should grab that toaster and

The law says that it can be removed from tour credit report 7 years after the last activity.

You still owe the debt until it is paid in full or a settlement is reached. Take care of your

I keep getting a call 2 or 3 times a day. I finally answer it, and the guy on the other end does this whole professional bit, saying its recorded and crap.
Then he starts telling me that he's calling about a bill of $960. Says its from 2002, and even has my month and year of birth, and the last 4 of my social security number.

The trouble here is 2 things specifically.
1.) I never had a Verizon phone before 2010.
2.) It is against Federal law in the United States to attempt to collect a minor debt after 7 calendar years. (its 2012 right now. IE, 10 year old false debt)

Just got off an hour long call with Tier 2 support for Verizon. There is no (425)320-3320 anywhere in the company directory. My account is in good standing.

I just got a call from this #.  I think it's Verizon calling about my account.  I've been a Verizon customer for years and have made late payments before.  They haven't dinged my credit by sending the account to a collection agency, but they have been more aggressive this time around.  If you're a Verizon customer and you get a call from this number I'd check your account status.

Sure would like to get a gun sight on these harassing criminals.  Sick as he11 of getting the same calls over and over for someone I don't know.  How many times do you have to push the button and yell wrong number.

it's Verizon ,didnt pay my on time, like i promised  '' my Bad ''  paid it a day later   been with them for 6 years, i can always work out a deal with them.  good company

its a scam. i called verizon and they have no record of the 877-580-3934 number that was left to call for a "private message" its BS

Got auto message from 425-320-3320, also 7 voice messages from 1pm to 4pm (same day) and this phone message from verizon for a Rick Huggie, to call 877-340-2028  My bill is paid, I don't know any Rick Huggie never did, never had anyone on my plan, never allowed anyone to refer my number to get plan.  Have same number for 3 years. This is harrassment!

You can report this call to make sure it is investigated. We have email addresses set up for this purpose. You can send this into phishing@verizon.com or cirt@verizon.com. This would make sure it's investigated and stopped.

When listening to this robot call, it give various ways to send money but no way to talk to a person or to get it through to them that they have the wrong number. "Press star" does nothing because I have been pressing star but continue to get calls from this same number.

I too have never had a Verizon account but they continue to call with wrong/fake names and different amounts owed.

I find it very hard to believe it is Verizon.

It is the company that Verizon uses for collecting their monies.  

You eithe rowe them money - or they have the wrong number.  But it is for verizon.  Pay your bill and keep your receipt.  Call them back and give them the confirmation number - they are alway nice to me when I call them back...

I fell a week behind on my Verizon bill...PAID IT THIS MORNING ON LINE......and have had THREE calls from this number today.  Eff it. I paid my bill. Im ignoring these calls.

Get this through your head, if you can:
The phone that was called is not a Verizon phone.
Nobody in this household has ever had a Verizon account.
The recording gives names that are not of this household nor have ever been affiliated with the phone number that was called.
The first thing that the recording says is, "If we called the wrong number press star now." YET THEY CONTINUE TO CALL!
Now for the biggest tell-tale sign of all - None of these numbers can be found on the Verizon website and Verizon has stated to me that none of these numbers are from the company.

You might be stupid enough to give your money to some anonymous jerks that dial from the phone book but I am not.
Or is it that you are a part of this stupid scam?

It gives this other number 8773402028 which also claims it is Verizon, which it isnt.

I've been getting 2-3 calls a day from this number and 2 other numbers receiving the same message. Telling us that they have important information  about our account. It's getting very annoying.

They said they were from Verizon Wireless and to call them back at 877 580-3934.  Crazy 'cause Verizon would never use such numbers.  I'm going to follow up on this one.  They said they had important information about my account.
