This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Calls and Calls repeatedly answered and nobody there. Very annoying!
Don't know who they are or what they want.

Have called over and over even after asking several times to be removed from their list.

I have had about a dozen of these. They are a recording from ResCom energy, acting like I called THEM.
Likely a ploy to get around the Do Not Call list. Blocked their number, have had enough...

Calls repeatedly and there's never anyone on the line. Never leaves messages. Tried calling back and went to a voicemail number 99999. Left a message telling them to remove our number from their database. No company name, no individual name noted on the voicemail.
