No message I did not answer this is the second call from this number

yup called today.... a person picked up but i said nothing....they stayed on the line over a minute

annoying... automated message

I have been told that if you do pick up to this number, over time your phone bill will be charged anywhere from $95  up to $300 and only showing as a fee.

I just received a call from this number a few minutes ago. The number is owned by Bill Utility. They had issues with their phone and claimed they would call me directly but never called back. Sound extremely fishy

The least they could do if they take up your time calling, is to actually have a person on the other end. Some of the messages on here say last year this time they had phone problems? If it was a problem it'd be fixed by now, it's intended.

I answered and the gentlemen (who sounded robotic) told me I recently filled out a survey online to make more money by enrolling in a education program... Which i didn't but I had free time so I played along.

He said I have a free consultation with an advisor but first needed to answer q's.

The 4th q was "are you currently in default with any student loans?"

I said I just graduated and I have student loans, "but what's in default mean?"

Ther was a pause and then he said again "are you currently in default with any student loans?"

Very robotic. It was creepy.

I asked again "no.. WhAts in default mean?"

Pause and then he asks the same q. And then says "sorry but in order to qualify you can't he in default with student loans" and hangs up.

I looked up what it means and it means unable to pay and not making payments/ so i have student loans but NOT in default as I'm in the "grace" period/

Very weird. The number also called earlier today but i didn't pick up/

I recieve calls from this number all the time and Ive done the opt out thing and I am still getting calls

The Same thing has happened to me over the last couple of days.

This is the second call I've gotten from this number, the first call was yesterday.  No one responds, they just hang up.  I just called the number back and got a recorded message allowing you to opt out of receiving future calls.  Apparently the number is being used to make offers for services or goods but is not working properly.  If you are called again, call back and follow the directions to opt out.

Just got a call from this number, been getting calls from some weird numbers lately.
