I have gotten 3 calls from area code 425 within the past few days. The guy who has an Indian accent says there is something wrong with my windows on my computer and he will fix it for me. Glad to have read all the other comments about these scam calls. Like this site!

Call the number back and press 1, it should remove your number from the call list.

Calls constantly, daily, for weeks.  No one there when answer.....harassing and my number is on do not call list!!!!

Have received several calls from this number. Has now become harassment not jist a sales pitch for home security systems.

I have received numerous calls from this number, but do  not answer because I know they are trying to sell me something. I've gotten similar calls from Montana and at first answered them -- I've told them I am on the do not call list and they do not miss a beat -- just keep talking.  I've reported the Montana number several times to the do not call list and that didn't stop them.  When I began to recognize the number, I would either hang up or not answer.  The Montanta calls finally stopped, but the Washington calls are coming in on a regular basis.  I am not answering these calls.  This is very annoying!

They've called me 8 times in 2 days, calling every two hours or so, as early as 7am. I've never answered.

I think I will invite them out next time they call to tell them in person that I don't want their service and every time they call I will say come on out and when they show up I will tell them to go away and quit calling.

They willl NOT stop calling me.  I have tried everything.  I called back the number and said told the computer to put me on the do not call list 3x.  I even pretended to be interested so i could finally speak to a rep, and get them to stop.  He immediately hung up on me.   This type of thing typically never bothers me.  However this company is relentless.  I hate them.

Just keeps calling over and over... I dont think we should have to pay our cell company extra money to block these types of calls.. maybe they are making them so you spend more $$$ for the blocking service.. I mean it's weird that anyone robo or not would just keep calling.

They have been calling me for a couple days. 4-5 times a day. I do not answer. It is a Washington State number and I am in PA.

I am sick of this person calling me! I answered once and got the whole security system can, but now I am just ignoring it, but its ALL THE TIME!  I am suppose to be on the do not call list... what do I do?

I do the exact same thing. Its a lot easier that way and yiu know you can answer phone in peace.

I can't believe these security sign guys are still on this gig.  The one time I answered, I asked him how he was going to put a security sign in my yard if he is calling from a 425 area code.  He asked me what I meant.  I explained, "Going to be hard to put a sign in my yard when you are in Washington State & I'm in Texas."  He said, "how'd you know I'm in Washington State?"  

I explained, "While I've been on the phone with you I looked up Area Code 425, so unless you're going to walk here & put it in a yard that I don't have, please don't call me again".  Well that was 6 months ago & they called again today.  hahahah

calls several times a day - I never answer since I don't know who this is - caller never leaves message - I am on the National Do Not Call Registry.  Apparently that means nothing!

Got a call from this number today - picked up and the line went dead. Really and truly hate getting these calls. am on the do not call list.

Have gotten repeated calls from this number (Renton, WA) and several others in the Pacific NW (Olympia, WA, Tilamook OR, Beaverton, OR, and one that comes up WA, USA on the missed call list)  Same story as others have reported: repeated calls, no messages.  I never answer.  It all started when I was actually visiting Portland,OR last October (I live in Georgia).  I don't think it is a coincidence that they are all coming from that area. I didn't give anyone my cell number while there - just used it to call friends and family.  Can't help but think that somebody with access to Portland area cell traffic info is skimming these numbers and either using them, or selling them.

I got a call from this place.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.  Any new numbers like this I just add to my cell phone spam number list which has no ring tone.  That way I'm not bothered after the first call.

I just got a phone call from this caller. I never get advertising on my cell phone. How is this guy able to do this?

This number (and other WA numbers) have called my cell phone at least 3 times a day for over two months. I have never answered any of the calls and they continue to call back.

First of all, registering with the do not call list only brings you relief from the ethical, law-abiding telemarketers. If there are any. The ones who ignore the law, do so with impunity. The FTC isn't going to pursue them with the job market in the toilet, your phone carrier won't help because they are the ones who sell the phone lines to the telemarketer to begin with. Also they provide the telemarketer with the ability to hide their identity from you when they call. You usually only receive a number which is rarely if ever answered when you call back.
Your only answer is to upgrade your phone hardware to a phone that will allow you to block numbers. Or, switch to a phone provider who allows individual number blocking. There are only about a 1/2 dozen or so telemarketers who really are annoying. I just block them as they call me and after the first 2 blocks, my calls dropped dramatically. After the 3rd and 4th block my telemarketing calls dropped to zero. My phone doesn't ring when a blocked number calls, it just gives them a busy signal. Neat!

Call from "NEW CO" with no one talking on the other end when I said, "hello?".   Soooo... I screamed at the top of my lungs into the receiver--they promptly hung up.  Will not respond in the future to these "thugettes"
