It seems this and every other Scam company gets a list of new phone numbers and starts calling them knowing you haven't had time to put the new # on the DNC list.  I have two new company numbers and I am gstting solication calls on both lines even got two on the cell on the 4th of July.  So get those #s on the do not call list asap.

Piss me right off and ruin my night!!! This is a BS scam. I thought I owed money to the IRS and come to find out this is just some company trying to get us roped into crap. Ugh.

I like this concept, if the government won't stand up for our right to privacy from annoying bill collectors (of which this one keeps calling me even though they have the wrong name) I have documented nine attempts to stop them from harassing me, and attempted to sue, with no avail.

Back Tax Call Center - recorded message (from the voice of 'Sarah')

Hubby just called ranting about how do we owe taxes!  Super mad that I must have done our business taxes wrong this last year!  This scam called his number which led to him bugging me at work...LOL... such a waste of time and scam!!

This rule only applies if you sue the company. Most states won't even approve a lawsuit. It states clearly that you aren't entitled to any compensation for filing a complaint.

I got a call from this number. It only said "Washinton" as the caller ID. When I called the number, the recording said to press "9" to be removed from the list. When I press "9" it just hangs up on me.

Phone rang & I didn't get to it to pick-up in time.  No message was left.  I've had my phone # less than a week!

Please get this monkey off my back.  I have a track phone.  Haven't given the number to any public entity.  Please make it go away.

I feel it's necessary to make sure.. i think Brandon originally posted it.. but it's important that those of you who have asked them to not call you again and add your number to the 'do not call list' and if they fail to comply with the agreement.. whether orally decided or you have the actual letter they sent out to you in the mail...take necessary steps and kick'em where it really hurts!! Hell, I might actually start answering these kinds of calls now.. the odds of winning $500 or more for violating the 'do not call list' agreement/contract..are about the same as the odds of winning the lottery, right? ;)

I got a call from them about half hour ago.. now i'm just waiting for them to call back for a second time today.they seem to call at least twice.

So far they called three times: 9:40; 10:30; 12:00. At first call I asked them not to call me, nothing happen and I am still getting calls.

By law, if you ask to be put on a "do not call back" list   and ask for a copy be sent to you (which is free  and they must comply)  and they STILL call, you are entitled to  $500 or more each additional time they call you.

Just recieved my a call from this number caller id said Washington 425-390-8911 voice mail pick up but they didn't leave a message. How did they get my number and what can I do about this.

I got a call from this number today (5/22/12)  You cant even call it back with a blocked number.
Such a stupid scam.

I did not answer it. Don't know how they got my cell phone number.
