calling citizen non stop trying to get him to pay for services. citizen complained of persistent calls and refusal of callers to i.d. themselves or provide location of call. if i locate an address for the phone number i will list it on this site

She left her name on my VM (Sarah salega) and she had some people looking for snow plowing service in my area (was very genaral in saying Mpls St. Paul) and wondered if I could help them out. I will not be calling back thanks to this page.
